BOSTON —Two Allston residents are said to be facing charges in connection with a fatal crash in Boston's Back Bay that claimed the lives of a young couple walking on the sidewalk.
Ghuzlan Alghazali, 26, is facing two counts of motor vehicle homicide by negligent operation, Boston police said. Alghazali does not have a driver's license, according to the Department of Transportation.

I tried to find out in the expanded article but the bad “music” drove me away from it.
Mass ID can be received from the state to prove age (for one thing). If you are old enough to drink, but don’t happen to drive, you can have a Mass ID which looks something like a driver’s license, but does not allow you to drive.
Isn’t it just great how illegal aliens murder citizens of this country? It seems to happen all the time. ...and to think they are here because they are vaunted “Dreamers”!!!!!! Thanks LIBs/DIMs.

I think virtually anyone can get one. Of course, a passport would serve the same purpose, so on the whole I would expect foreign students to have less need of a Mass ID.
I got my driver’s license at age 34, so I had a Mass ID for many years.

I read about this sad case in the BRITISH press.
As usual when sons of Obama or sons of Allah are involved, there is a media blackout, except locally, for one day, on page 14 near the bottom of the page.
How devastated the families must be.
Help me understand what this means.

There are so many illegals driving without licenses that local talk radio host Howie Carr has this as a weekly segment on his show.
It may be hard to believe but if you are an illegal citizen in Massachusetts driving a car illegally (without a license) and you cause an accident or commit a moving violation, they pretty much let you go because you don't exist in their databases and they have no way to extract money out of you or process you through the legal system. Try doing that as a legal citizen and you not only will be subject to arrest and prosecution but you will have large fines and massive surcharges on your insurance that you will have to pay for years to come.
And with that, you now know the main reason I am relocating to another state and as I type this, I am house-hunting elsewhere. I've had it with this corrupt state of Massachusetts.
When I read the headline I knew his name would not be something like Brad Jones.
