NEW YORK (MYFOXNY) - A New York City cab driver has been suspended for wearing a Nazi swastika armband while on duty.
The Taxi and Limousine Commission confirmed to Fox 5 News on Friday that the driver had been suspended for 30 days. His name was not released.

I have a problem with this! If a private company suspended him, I’d say fine, but the govt suspended him from his job b/c of his “speech” - exactly what govt shouldn’t (can’t Constitutionally) do.

Walking out of home depot the other day I was behind an old fart with a big tattoo of che on the back of his leg.
As I quickly walked past him I said, why do you have a picture of a murderer on your leg. He got really bent and went off, I just kept walking.
Like Sarah, I love pushing their buttons. Helps being 5’18” also (6’6” for those in rio linda). They won’t mess with me.
