Killed while defending homosexual Jughead from hateful Glen Beck fans.
What the heck?
I think I heard they came out with a homosexual character in the Archie comics in recent years. But now Archie will die a heroic death? Do they really have to go there?????
I guess I shouldn’t be surprised anymore by anything in the popular culture.
Next year, the start of the ‘Zombie Archie’ series...
Betty was every bit as hot as Veronica, but not as stuck on herself.
Oh, for Christ’s sake... this is a lighthearted comic series. Why don’t they just end it?
AIDS.
This is typical. A comic figure like Archie was invented by real comic book writers and drawers in the golden age of comics.
Because he’s so good, he lasts for decades, into another era.
Now they want to kill him off because he’s not really their kind of guy.
Sooner or later, it seems to happen to all of them.
Why couldn’t they kill off that no-good bastard Reggie?
In effect, Life With Archie has two parallel storylines: one where Archie marries Veronica, one where Archie marries Betty. It's been an interesting storyline to read, to say the least as we see what the Archie gang are like as young adults in their (circa) mid 20's.
Betty or Veronica?
Shot by Veronica on Mount Betty?
Let Archie get laid first
Good. The series turn libtard with fag characters introduced...
Some people take their cartoon characters WAY too seriously.
Having a hard time seperating Archie from Scooby Doo characters.
I never understood the appeal of Archie comics. Who the heck are these guys who are picking up some book about teenagers over some awesome superhero sci-fi mystic barbarian comic? That’s like deciding to watch the jewelry shopping network instead of the ball game or something. I mean come on, are there guys out there who claim Archie is their favourite? Or is it for girls or something?
Freegards
Archie had a business on River Street that failed and was reduced to day work from the joint next to the Haverhill unemployment office.
He fell in love with an illegal from the Hill next to Lafayette Square and became addicted to smack.
The broads brother was a dealer from Lawrence and cut his dope with rat poison. Archie died a horrible death from an over dose in GAR Park among the winos who robbed him.
End of story. It was fitting that he died across from City Hall which was the High School he graduated from and now inhabited by a corrupt Mayor and a bunch of other useless trash.
Veronica moved to Newburyport and refuses to acknowledge that she ever lived in Haverhill.
Nothing more than an ancient promo ploy. Comic book heros have been advertised to die in the future since time memorium in order to create buzz around the next issue and hopefully promote sales. The heros never die, at least not for long.
