Remember that video of the plane crash in Hawaii after which Hawaii Health Director Loretta Fuddy "died"?

You need to take a closer look.

How did I come to that conclusion? Very early on, I realized that if I only replied to what was addressed to myself, I was splitting the conversation into groups, whereas one needs to understand the entire input. It took a little while to figure out, but became obvious when I saw that people seemed to be asking the same questions over and over again on the same thread - that happens when you haven’t read previous replies. It taught me to read an entire thread before I stuck my nose in.

Another thing...I lose track of which thread I am replying to at times, because articles that appear on the same topic, which might best be included in a current thread which has the attention of those people interested, are posted as a separate Post and an entirely new discussion takes place with new people, who are now asking the same questions as the thread before it...or still current. On top of that, we get a Vanity Post related also to the original. And then, with Fuddy as an example, there are a dozen or more posts one after the other, some running concurrently.
It's really like a big kindergarten with a hundred shrill voices all wanting to be heard at once.
A long time ago, (I've been around too long) if a Post came up that was related to a topic currently under discussion, that link would automotically be included by a participant, and that way the information the new Post contained, was available to refer to.
The way it works now, there's an awful lot of bread being cast upon the waters, but all that comes back is a lot of soggy bread all over the beach.
You need to walk miles to find it and carry a sieve.

The photos of the Loretta Fuddy Cessna crash that Josh Lang provided to the media? They weren’t of the same plane. The plane that crashed with Fuddy in it had a window between the door and the tail; Lang’s photos don’t. (I’ve got photos at my blog and in the first post I’ll post them so you can compare the 2 planes)

Lang apparently had photos of a DIFFERENT plane ditching in the water and gave them to the media, claiming they were of this crash, and apparently the media didn’t check out the genuineness of the photos...

Now why would Lang do that? Why would he post images of the area with no passengers or anything else in the water ANYWHERE, rather than taking photos of what was actually there and giving those to the media?

It does look like a diver in some of the frames. We can’t really tell for sure. The original video needs to be enhanced to see this more clearly.

I think what we are seeing on the moving video is Loretta Fuddy floating on her back in some kind of trouble, and kicking her legs, the yellow moving object is a training shoe sole.

I can if I focus see something like a diver, but it is the wrong size to be a man in a scuba diving suit.

I think the Media’s resolution change was for once, the local TV people trying not to distress relatives who might recognize people struggling in the water in what was an Air crash with a fatality.

Thank you. I thought everybody would know this is basic to genuine research. You gather information, make hypotheses, get more information, check your hypothesis, etc. It’s what first made me interested in Free Republic; I saw how people engaged with the information, looked up new information, and basically just PROCESSED things out loud so everybody could see.

If doing that REDUCES somebody’s credibility, then we’re in much worse shape than even *I* thought.

But I suspect that what we’re dealing with is somebody who is either paid to act like down is up, or somebody who doesn’t know up from down. Either way, life is too precious to waste time on such people so I just go right past his comments. Don’t feed the trolls (as I’m finally beginning to learn). But I am glad that you stated - for everybody to see - the basics of research, just in case anybody is becoming demoralized enough to believe that down is really up. Which is the purpose of the trolls we see here on FR.

And there she goes! In the face of overwhelming evidence that she is wrong, and just about every one of her supporters telling her that not only is she wrong but her methods suck, a cheery word from someone who has just joined the thread is enough to set her off again. Butter just goes further down the rabbit hole the more she is proved wrong.

They changed the resolution on the day I freepmailed my ping list asking them to save the file before it got disappeared, when the video had been out for about a month.

When you look at the edits they made when they put their broadcasts together, a picture of their role begins to emerge.

The real lesson is not to be so stupid as to compromise yourself by going dirty with a crook in the first place. Once he has you dirty in this criminality, there is no way out for you. If you come clean, he will have his henchmen throw the book at you and put you away in the slammer. If you continue to support his criminality, he will use you until he has no further use for you. This usually happens when with your help he succeeds in obtaining total control. Then, he will dispose of you. All the trolls need to take this lesson to heart. Right now you are his useful idiots, but there will come a time when you will become his throwaway trash.
