*Ingredients:
1/4 cup Flour
1/4 cup Sugar
2 Tablespoons Cocoa powder (Note: don't use cocoa mix or quik, it shouldn't have any sugar)
2 Tablepsoons Vegetable Oil (Don't use one with a strong flavor, eg olive, sesame, etc)
3 Tablespoons Water
Dash of salt
Add dry to Mug and then liquids ....Add the sugar, flour, cocoa, and salt to the mug and mix. Then add the oil and water and mix the dry and wet ingredients together. Be sure to be thorough, there's a tendency for clumps of the dry ingredients to form
Microwave...
Microwave on high for roughly a minute. You may have to microwave it longer or shorter, depending on your microwave, but the brownie should still be wet in the center when done.
This could be trouble...
Nice!
Have you tried this? What a quick little desert or treat.
(”Have you tried this?”) nevermind. Sorry, was distracted by the photos.
What, no eggs?
Would canola oil be ok?
Bump for later snack.
Did you mention that you’ll need a new mug afterward?
Cool!
Now I have a real excuse to get that Industrial Microwave that a 5 gallon bucket will fit in;)
Thanks
Please...don’t spread this
trash recipe around...
gives real brownies a bad
name
Not bad. I think I’d use melted butter next time instead of oil and then skip the salt.

Ran down and tried it. Both kids approved.
Switched oil to butter, water to milk and brown sugar vs. white. ~ 2 minutes in my nuke. I added walnuts in syrup and Hershey goop.
Here’s a little fast dessert easy deasy——
put an oatmeal cookie in a dish and add a few drops of water to moisten it some. Chop up fine a wedge or two of ripe apple over the cookie. Microwave for 15-25 seconds. Sprinkle over with cinnamon and add a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Let it melt some then mix it all up and eat. Can substitute chopped grapes or raisins without microwaving these.
