It was So Creatively Written that it Made my Heart Feel a Variety of Emotions. The Little Leaf Seemed Sad and Resigned to what was Happening to it, but also Rejoicing in its Life, as you said. I Loved Reading it.

All through the day I dance and twirl,
Til dizzy with the endless whirl,
I fetch up in a tent of green,
And on a sturdy trunk I lean.
The needle-leaves fresh fragrance sends,
With frozen tears the branch then bends.
I look at stars through crystal lens,
I settle down, and dream of friends.

Genuine Concern
November 20, 2013
On the first night at family camp, the camp director informed the families of the schedule for the week. When finished, he asked if anyone else had anything to say. A young girl stood up and made a passionate appeal for help. She shared about her little brothera boy with special needsand how he could be a challenge to care for. She talked about how tiring this was for her family, and she asked everyone there to help them keep an eye on him during the week. It was an appeal born out of genuine concern for her brother and her parents. As the week went on, it was great to see people pitching in to help this family.
Her appeal was a gentle reminder of how easily we can all get wrapped up in our own world, life, and problemsto the point that we fail to see the needs of others. Heres how Paul described our responsibility: Let each of you look out not only for his own interests, but also for the interests of others (Phil. 2:4). The next verse reminds us that this is part of the example of Christ: Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus.
Our caring displays a Christlike concern for people who are hurting. May we rest in Gods grace, trusting Him to enable us to serve others in their seasons of need.
Lord, open my eyes to the hurts, needs, and struggles
of a world that is so desperately in need of Your love.
Help me to be Your instrument to inject
that love into hurting lives.
Nothing costs as much as caringexcept not caring.

Even in Texas..I think fall is my favorite..mild temps and if it gets cold..warm weather follows..Fall color comes slowly and is not so showy and beautiful as NE,

It is pretty right now.The nandinas are bird sown in the ravine at the back..and have the best berries..I have to prune mine out front and lost most of the berries,,I used to work so hard to carefully prune them to keep the berries but now cannot do that. The back objects.

Our planet is in motion, all the time, we are ever receiving a new opportunity to learn anew and do things differently. How is it we choose to not follow the instructions of God?
Nothing new, we make the same mistakes over and over. The definition of insanity, is repeating the same actions expecting something different in outcome. Forgive us Lord, we know not what we do. The answers are in thy Word. When we read the scriptures we find scattered through Thy WORD instructions in how and what to do in every situation. Contemplation on Thy Word encourages, instructs, blesses, calls, and succors thy peoples. It must seem we are dim bulbs indeed.
Forgive us and help us to keep our eyes on thy wonders, and miracles trusting Thy presence is always with us. We love, honor, obey, and worship, Thy grace, loving kindness, mercy, goodness, righteousness, and more, more, attributes of the Eternal, ever lasting Creator God of the Universe. Wonders galore and endless. We humbly bow before Thee, in praise and devotion, let us follow the calling of our LORD, in Jesus name, amen.
