While she might not look it, Maria Kang has three children between the ages of 1 and 4.
Though proud of her physique, this self-proclaimed no-excuse mom is being accused of fat-shaming after she posted a photo on Facebook showing her toned body with her three boys and asking, Whats your excuse?

The photo was posted last year with Kang asking people to share her message, but some didnt take too kindly to it.
It rubbed some the wrong way, so much so that Kang issued an apology of sorts in late September, which has been shared more than 14,500 times. She admitted to Yahoo! Shine its actually more of a non-apology.
Some saying Im a bully, Im fat-shaming and I need to apologize for the hurt Ive caused women, Kang wrote in a post.

You know the type: everything in their world is perfect, they just returned from Europe, won the lottery, their 3 children just got full scholarships to colleges and they lost 15 pounds on the fudge sundae diet.
Michelle Obama is carrying a massive ponderosa on her backside that Hoss, Little Joe, and the older Cartwright could ride their horses over and never run out of room. She's a fat ass in addition to being a fat head. Basically, she's a fat POS.
I can completely understand why she has children every year.
Let me know when she uses the cripple cart and drives around because of diabetes or some other malady for being overweight and obese.
That’s quite a compliment! You could tell her, “On the Internet, nobody can tell you’re a dog,” which is to say, people probably aren’t being 100% honest about themselves.
If an activity (other than your job ;-) makes you unhappy, you should find a new one. It’s the time of year to read “The Lord of the Rings”; maybe she would like that.
Women typically feel fat and unattractive after giving birth. It’s hard work! I think that by showing herself so fit after three kids she’s actually trying to give them encouragement.
I agree. Michelle Obama is a big woman, but she’s not fat. If she dressed in clothes that suited her and had a pleasant personality, she’d be attractive.
Sorry. Not everyone has the genes to look like this after three kids. Sure, they can stop themselves from being obese, but some women get stretch marks and stretched out skin that can only be fixed with surgery. Saying any woman can look like this is like saying any woman can have a face like Christie Brinkley if they used the right moisturizer and really wanted it. It simply isn’t true.
Even Sir Mix-A-Lot would say, “I like big butts, but not that big.”
She could have phrased it a little differently, something like, “Hey, ladies, if I can do it, so can you! Take heart, you can get in shape after babies! C’mon, you can do it!” instead of “What’s your excuse?” That “What’s your excuse” may have rubbed people the wrong way. But I think she looks great and it’s nice to see an apparently happily married young lady with three adorable children and a positive attitude!
.
“So when are they going to pile on Michelle for “Fat Shaming”, LOL.... “
Not fair Grace! You can’t compare a Homo sapiens with a Sasquatch!
Much ado here about nothing, imho.
With some people, if they had nothing to bitch about, they’d wind up making up something to bitch about.
Typical reaction by fat women to an Asian. My wife draws unbelievable resentment from the members of Porkaholics Anonymous she has to deal with every day.
Which we should also embrace: Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of happiness
I think many on here forget that.
And MY excuse is that I no longer have little ones that need lifting up, carrying around, or chasing around depending on their ages.
I’m cranky cuz I don’t have anything to be cranky about... :)
Point of order!
or, point of English, maybe.
