While she might not look it, Maria Kang has three children between the ages of 1 and 4.
Though proud of her physique, this self-proclaimed “no-excuse mom” is being accused of “fat-shaming” after she posted a photo on Facebook showing her toned body with her three boys and asking, “What’s your excuse?”

The photo was posted last year with Kang asking people to share her message, but some didn’t take too kindly to it.
It rubbed some the wrong way, so much so that Kang issued an apology of sorts in late September, which has been shared more than 14,500 times. She admitted to Yahoo! Shine it’s actually more of a “non-apology.”
“Some saying I’m a bully, I’m fat-shaming and I need to apologize for the hurt I’ve caused women,” Kang wrote in a post.

If you’re hurt by her comment, you are probably fat. Oh, you might need to work on growing a spine as well.
The lady has no reason to apologize for being fit. More people could do it if they really, really wanted to. I know women just like her who you would never believe have had children and they look great. It’s not impossible to do.
If you take offense, the problem is with you IMO.
She looks great. Good for her.
The hate is from liberal Democrat fatties who want justification to get Ding-Dongs and Ho-Hos on their EBT cards while collecting “disability.”

Fat shaming? What the heck? I’ve heard, and used, tons of excuses, but I knew I was responsible for MY condition. The whiners are just jealous, petty, cats.
She’s pretty, fit, and has three kids. If she can do it, others can. She did not need to apologize.
Her boys will soon learn the meaning of “Tiger Mom”.

Oh, go to the DU. The base was pissed Mooch was telling them to exercise. They all blamed their fat on a variety of things that, when drilled down, came down to being lazy.
The bad polling in the Dhim base on personal responsibility for your health is why her “keep moving” stuff has slowly faded away.
...but her genetics are in her favor.....one of these days society will be able to admit that genetic makeup is a big part of your body's shape...
not defending the morbidly obese, nor those that are just lazy or who are glutins, just saying that many Americans are from German/Russian/Polish/Ukranian/Italian/Mexican heritage and sometimes that means being stocky, big boned,not necessarily tall....
No kidding, lucky dad. One look at her and there’s no reason to ask why she had three kids within three years ...

My Wife has given me 3 wonderful children. She has also, literally, worked her ass off trying to get back into shape.
Not only for my appreciation, but because she feels better about herself and is healthier.
Neither of these women have ANYTHING to apologize for.

Well, she’s selling a product (personal training).
That’s a legitimate reason to seek attention.
Can we count the sins:
1. Looking great and bragging
2. Overcrowding world with 3 children in 3 years
3. Not having an abortion
4. Birthing boys exclusively
If a person can proudly claim that they are happy and content to be “plus sized” this woman has the same rights to make her point. There’s no right to not be inconvenienced or offended by another persons opinion.
