The contractor that designed the flawed system—Pennsylvania-based Klingstubbins—said in a statement that it has “uncovered the issue” and is working on “implementing a permanent fix.”
But that’s not the case, according to the Army Corps of Engineers (ACE), which is in charge of overseeing the data center’s construction. ACE disagreed with the contractor and said the meltdowns are “not yet sufficiently understood.”
This is even more embarrassing than healthcare.gov site

Great post, but I don’t believe it.
I think all the revelations triggered outrage, which levied MUCH greater scrutiny on ANY operatios on-going at UDC.
My blind guess is this is all B.S. that has the goal of putting the public back to sleep about what’s going on out there:

I don’t believe this is an accident, not for the same expensive destructive event to happen over and over and over. At least I hope no one committee is that dense. Maybe someone ‘under orders’ to destroy the whole affair, but still provide ongoing employment. Reminds me of the Ghost Towns in China, beautiful grand sweeping neighborhoods and office tower monoliths all completely empty. Why? to keep the peasants employed and cooperative with the regime.
