There is no such thing as a black hole. There is no black hole either in our galaxy, or in any other galaxy. Gravity is by 40 orders of magnitude the weskest force in nature. At cosmic/interstellar distances, gravity is basically a bystander. The forces which control the universe are electromagnetic and electrostatic forces.
