Republican Senate nominee is coming up next on Fox Greta's show
Thanks. Just tuned in.
For those interested, last night former Navy Seal, Republican nominee won last night against a race with Michael Sullivan (who some of the Tea Party email sites pushed pretty hard for donations).
Not being from MA I know little about the two candidates but thought this discussion with Greta might be of interest.
BUMP!
I hope some Massachusetts freepers can fill in the blanks on Gomez.
Hoperfully he’s not another squishy “moderate”.
He’s for the Gang of Eight.
‘Nuff said.
He's worse.
Amnesty, gun control, you name it. Might be good on taxes and national security, but I wouldn't hold out any hope.
Do you have a link?
I have been reading all the comments on Gomez and I can’t get a handle on this guy. I am not a MA voter anymore but wondering why so many on FReeRepublic have different opinions.
Markey is better?
he’s from Massachusettstan.
‘nuff said
Pro-amnesty? Pro-gun control?
To hell with him.
Gomez wrote to Gov. Patrick that he supports the positions that President Obama has taken on immigration reform and gun control. Gomezs letter also played up his appeal as a bipartisan pick, boasting that he supported President Obama in 2008.

Gabriel Gomez. Another pro-gay marriage RINO. In 2008 he donated $500 to Barack Obama’s presidential campaign. Earlier this year, told Gov. Deval Patrick that he supported Obama in 2008 and that he supports Obama’s positions on immigration and gun control. He is a businessman living in Cohasset. In 2003 he ran unsuccessfully for Cohasset selectman. Currently, he has a big lead among the three Republicans in fundraising. Gomez is telling the media he’s a “A New Kind of Republican.” In other words, a Democrat.

Don't bet the ranch on that one. This guy is a pitiful caricature of a cliche rino. Claims to be a pro-life Catholic but doesn't want roe v. wade overturned. Promised to back Obama on guns and immigration AND supported Obama in 2008. Donated $500 to Obama. Oh yeah, also pro homosexual agenda...I could’ve just covered everything with one point: Scott Brown is behind him (maybe literally and figuratively). Perfect time for Mass. to have a conservative third party write in candidate. Let the 2 libs split the other votes. I won't be voting for either Markey or this putz.

“If you’re looking for a rigid partisan, I’m not your guy,” he says.
Gomez says he supported Obama in 2008 and agrees with him on gun control and overhauling immigration.
Good gravy, he’s pro fag-marriage too?
Pro-fag marriage, pro-amnesty, pro-gun control...
He sounds like a RINO from Hell.
Once again, Massachusetts conservatives have nobody to vote for. And they'll stay home.
It's amazing how the Massachusetts GOP apparently didn't learn a thing when Scott Brown won Ted Kennedy's former seat by campaigning as a conservative. Only after Brown went limp and got exposed as a fraud and turned out to not be a conservative did he get beat. Can nobody in the Massachusetts GOP connect the dots? Whew.. I mean, this isn't rocket surgery, is it?
What does he think about snipping babies’ necks and court martialling Christian soldiers?
I've been voting for the lesser of two evils for a long time. I think that's how I got Obama. Twice.
Markey is bad. Gomez is bad. Which is better? I don't know and I don't care. I don't vote for Liberals, so this election is of no interest to me. I voted for Sullivan in the primary. I didn't like him either, but he was the most conservative of the three Republicans. Turns out Gomez won the primary.
I'll stay home for the general election. The liberals own this country now -- but I won't encourage them by voting for one of them.
