I am having a hard time with the FR site. It has been this way for a couple days.
It's slow, herky jerky and I get a lot of 'document not found' and 'error'.
What's going on? I can't do without FR during the election!
reminds me of a ‘Valley Forge moment’ for FR..
It separates the sunshine posters and lolligaggin’ ol’ coots from the yodelers and oarsmen amongst us..
Hang in there..
Things are no better at Lucianne.com. On the days of the dates both sites are impossible to get through to. I suspect it is the traffic volume. Sites like drudge, breitbart, and theblaze have absolutely no problem. I am concluding it is a server capacity issue.
I suspect denial of service attacks from cowardly democrats who are afraid of even letting FR discuss the elections.
I have noticed that the time stamps on the threads are sometimes hours off. I hit refresh they comeback fine. My guess would be they are experiencing multple issues.
I wonder how they manage (load balance) the web farm. The provider, NTT, is certainly part of the problem if I was Jim or John I would want to know why they are consistantly running around 80ms latency. Their network connectivity should be much better than that , unless of course they are on very limited bandwidth (T-1 or less).
I ran test against their domain name on dnsstuff.com. The results revealed that they are have some name resolution issue’s. This could definitlely be contributing to the terrible user experience.
At this point I would offer my services for free to help out and have extensive experience.
All they have to do is ask. send me a private email.

I finally put some bucks together to donate, but after all that’s happened and all I’ve read about this ‘mess’, I’m just going to use it to pay bills here on the Farm. Very, very disappointing to see it GTH, just since I got here in March.
Me too. Not just FR. Any site and I keep losing my stream to iheart radio. Rarely happens here.
Probably not. I was just hoping for a quick explanation.

There’s NOTHING quick going on around the FR ranch today. As you well know. But let me rant on about libertarians for a little bit if I may.
Libertarians are socially liberal. That means they are pro-dope, pro-porn, pro abortion, pro-gay marriage and so on. If it’s not expressly mentioned in the Constitution: then it’s not their business to support laws against these “personal freedoms”, no matter how egregious and harmful they are to our nation.
Libertarians are a sad lot as they are unwanted by the Democrats and the Republicans. And the fact they look to “leaders” like Gary Johnson and Ron Paul explains it all.
It’s not just FR. I’m having trouble with sites all over the net.
Liberty is a terrible burden. It ought to be squashed. /s
I can read but posting is almost impossible. I thought it might be my computer but I just checked everything out. It ain’t me!
Check this out... I am on the East Coast
I have two PC’s running to compare. Look at the time stamps.

I’m staying here in the swamp, but I’ve been inspecting and cleaning gear all week.
Servers in their farm are not in sync, software configuration, version or otherwise.

I’m confused by this. Let’s see — quarterly freepathons @85K = $340K and John is worried about spending $6K of $15K of new hardware. I know there’s bandwidth to buy but not $300K per year worth. Just wondering.....

You certainly aren’t changing anyone’s mind with your lies, obfuscations and one dimensional thought processes.
You need to make your offer to JimRob (copied in this reply)
