Justin Bieber played the sold-out first show of his "Believe" tour Saturday night (Sept. 29), and fans got a little something extra as well -- though probably not what Bieber was hoping to give them.
The 18-year-old pop star vomited on stage midway through his set in Phoenix. As you can see in the video below, during his performance of "Out of Town Girl," he turns away from the crowd, doubles over and lets fly before running off stage.
He returned a few minutes later but then had to leave the stage again during "Beauty and a Beat," USA Today reports. The show stopped completely for a few minutes until he returned and confessed his illness.

The Pukin’ Tour! Now that’s entertainment!
I am absolutely DISGUSTED by the comments being thrown around here by so—called adults.
I have a 14 year old daughter who is a fan and I hear plenty from her about the hate thrown and this young man and I try explaining to her it is to be expected from kids.
She’s a regular FR reader and I am thankful she isn’t home this afternoon to this absolutely disgusting display of immaturity being displayed by members of a group she has grown to respect.
I happen to like the young man’s ethic when it comes to various things and actually enjoy his music - I am thoroughly ashamed to be associated with the majority of those who have posted on this thread.
Please see my post 22.
Am reading Clapton’s bio. He and Lennon snorted to much coke before a Plastic Band concert in Toronto. Lennon puked his guts out. I guess I didn’t realize that Justin is as pure as the driven snow!
Another teen pregnancy.
You forgot the “barf alert” for this thread.
Ah, poor kid. That’s got to be miserable.
Nobody is being hateful, they’re making jokes. If you are so disgusted...leave.
Bieber ping.
So even he can’t stand his own music?
Justin Bieber isn’t Clapton or Lennon and you projecting their problems on another generational star is your problem - and says far more about you than Beiber.
As was said up thread, too much milk before singing can cause vomiting. I also know this from experience with my daughter. Dairy products coat the vocal cords and make singing difficult, one of the ways they deal with it is lemon juice to the back of the throat. Lemon juice on top of a large quantity of milk is going to cause a reaction in the stomach - which ain’t pretty.
Excuse me.......I expressed my opinion and you are telling me to leave? Who are you?
Jokes are one thing - hateful comments are another and there are more comments on this thread in the latter category than the former.
You apparently are not familiar with the fan base of this young man - I am and because I am, it is quite easy for me to discern the difference.
O the drama of Beiber.
You are the one whining about the comments...they’re jokes. I think you need to lighten up. FR’s posters are probably >95% adults, do you expect everyone to post as though they are speaking to 14 year old girls? I am not familiar with his fan base as I am not a teen female. This isn’t a Justin Bieber fan site.
+1
heroin already???
Lighten up. I made a joke about his music, not him personally.
Fans swcooped it up. Now selling on e-Bay!
(And my bieber is stuned!)
A fairly obscure old reference, I think. I first heard it associated with Rod Stewart several decades ago.
He’s as qu**r as a 3 dollar bill and thus a poor mentor for our ‘ut.
