This video was done by a 13 year old boy in Chicago, and it perfectly demonstrates the gang bang mentality in Chicago which has caused the murder rate to skyrocket 40% in Chicago just this year.

Fourteen Dead in Eight Days

Chicago police discovered a Peoria man shot dead on a South Side street this morning, authorities said.
Officers responding to a shots fired call found the victim lying on a sidewalk in the first block of East 56th Street in the Washington Park neighborhood just before 3:30 a.m., police said, citing early reports.
The man, Terrell Joshua, 28, suffered gunshot wounds to his body and wasn’t responding to police.
[...] Hours after the shooting, police still had few leads regarding the slaying, already the 14th this month. It was unclear exactly why Joshua was in Chicago, though court records showed that he had previously lived in Chicago until the late 2000s.
