The title in the print edition is "Who ordered the Total Rehash?" and that's a better title for this article.
"The 10 worst movie remakes of all time" is a slideshow and you can view it here.

How could they leave out the remake of Rollerball?
It allegedly got the lowest scores of any movie ever shown to test audiences, ever! And deservedly so.

“King Kong (1976) Although Peter Jackson’s 2005 remake of the 1933 groundbreaking film was an admirable attempt, this 1976 version belonged in a zoo”
No. Jackson’s remake was crap and should have been on this list.

“The Terror of Tiny Town.”
An all-midget musical western.

Any Stephen King story remake with screenplay written & directed by Stephen King himself.
He basically ruined his own classics Salems Lot and The Shining.

IT’s worse than just making a bad “reboot,” the script writers no longer understand the English language.
In Total Recall, the end climax scene has the TV commentator telling her audience “No word yet, but we are being told that...”
How’s that again? No word yet, but you are being told something?!
Remember how older generations would complain about stupid kids spending their parents’ estate? How people would complain about dumb kids with money that they didn’t deserve?
That’s Hollywood today.

Here’s a really great movie for anyone looking to go see one this weekend, “Moonrise Kingdom”. Saw it yesterday and it was outstanding.
The remakes are so bad.
I am glad I found an original movie that was so good I stayed through all the credits.
