IMO, there is no rehabilitation possible for such a one.
I have no evidence to the contrary.
Logic demands that he be denied release, ever!

My advice?Get a gun, if they let him out and he shows up, shoot him. Quit being terrified and get some marksmanship training, take control.
I hope you have communicated this to the parole board. BTW, what was his sentence?
Calling in the prayer warriors, trussell..
My heart and hat are tipped in your direction. First I am so sorry to hear what you had to go threw. May God keep you strong and filled with his peace that passes all understanding. I applaud you for having the strength to share with us your story.
Please send me a private IM with his name and I will gladly email the board...................God bless
Send me the info. I would indeed send a letter. It will take me a day or two tho.
I am sorry for your attack. I am gladdened to see you are a survivor.
Will they accept comments from non-Texans? If so, I would write a letter.
The address of the parole board, the date of the hearing, his name and case number would help.
God bless you and yours.

Stay safe .....
I admire you greatly for surviving what you have endured, and for standing up for yourself and others.
Is it possible to get anti-release publicity BEFORE the parole hearing? Especially in whatever media is influential in the area where the Board meets. The Board Members need to know there is a price to pay for releasing this felon. Mentioning the names of Board Members who voted for release before might be useful (unless this might antagonize them). If at all possible, come up with something the felon has said or done since the last hearing to provide a reason for them to change their votes to NO. Are there any womens’ groups at colleges, sexual assault hot-line groups, local politicians, etc., that you can get to contact the Board and speak out? (Who cares what their politics are.)
I would love to have the press ask this of Board Members: Would you allow this person to live in your home or the house next door to your family? If so, when will he be moving in with you? If not, how do you justify releasing him to prey on others?
If out of state letters are acceptable, please let me know the details, and I will send one.
If the Parole Board knows that the public is aware of this situation and that the public is upset about his possible release, they do take notice of that and it does affect their decision on release. The Board panel have to sign their names on documents that allow the guy to walk out the door and none of them want to be questioned as to why they thought he deserved to be released when there is another victim.
Is this his first Parole hearing?
I wish there was a way to unrape a person. God grant you healing.
