I’m glad you posted that clock. I was actually looking for it to post here when I saw yours.
Funny thing though — I opened both clocks in different tabs and toggled back and forth to see if they agreed. I can tell you that while they are close, they are not in synch. Therefore, at least one of them is wrong.

The tower in the back? That’s the East Berlin TV Tower...the one the East German Commies were embarassed about. It was built in such a way that every time the Sun shone on it, the refraction of a cross would appear.

It apparently showes your local time. I sent a link to a friend in Darwin and he sees it in the correct time for him. I’m East coast and and it shows the proper time for me.
