Big sigh of relief on that note, Kitty! Some real scary weather going on in TX. Prayers for all the TX FReepers in harms way!

I slept the afternoon away..I have lost sleep with these hives.
I woke up to the sound of hail and rain..and concerned kitties..The hail sounded awful but it was nickle sized.
All is well with my family in the Dallas area.

I saw there were tornadoes in the Dallas area..I’ve been on the phone!
It was bad enough hail here that I think I may have my roof checked for damage.

Another sigh of relief! Thank goodness!

Hail can do some serious damage. I hope your roof survived any. Scary, scary, weather there!

It was cooler and partly cloudy, but all the rain was east of us.

Thank you, Dear Teenie! I was Worried about my Mom and Stepdad, because they Live not too far from the Arlington Area, but they are Safe, Thanksgiving to our Lord.
Meg and Luv, I'm So Thankful you are Safe!

Thanks Kitty. We didn’t even get a drop of rain. I was very
relieved when all my FRiends in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area checked in safe and sound!

Grateful to God that all is well with my Texas FRiends and their loved ones..
I did not even know we were under threat as I went to sleep before noon and woke up to the noisy hail..Ignorance was bliss..no time to worry and fret.

I Remember that when it Finally Rained after So Long, it Seemed like a New an Unusual Experience.
The Rain Seemed Almost Strange, I hadn't Seen Any for Such a Long Time.

We didn't get Any Here, but usually get Some at Some Point During the Spring.

I'm Thankful the Hives are Getting Better, Sweet FRiend.
Those are No Fun. :(

I walked out on the patio just to feel the rain last year when we got a rare bit of rain..
Waco was not as bad a shape as Houston and Austin..and West Texas is still in drought..
I read about a prediction that this drought isn’t over though our area is on the plus side of average rainfall for the year..

Thank you..It isn’t over but is 99 percent better..Wow..I am shaky, weak and worn out over a non life threatening bout of hives!

Thanks, Kitty. We are restricted to 2 hours of watering a week. I fear for our large trees and St. Augustine grass that has been so beautiful and lush in years past.

We have has just over 7 inches in a year and a half. *sigh*
