As long as she eats and wags her tail we are doing fine...once in a while she gets stuck in the corner of the small bathroom. Nose in corner and if she trieds to turn her head to get out of the corner she either bumps into the sink cabinet on one side or small table on the other...I have to grab her tail and pull her out...its funny as the dicken, she just stands there and waits for me to find her...her other problem is she has learned to walk the walls to get from one room to another, but once in a while ends up in the middle of the living and comes to a dead stop...doesn't know which way to go, patiently waits for me to turn her in the right direction to the kitchen....but does the steps to go outside great, can find her poo place without any problem and also finds her way back to the garage....amazing dog...
LOL! I would think that he would be way to “sensitive” to odors to want to do THAT!
(Maybe he took the kittie’s favorite rattle toy!)

LOL...I can relate to that. Sounds like your dear pooch is doing well with all her health issues. They have a sense unlike we humans to begin with so it isn't surprising.
Perhaps when they do the stretching on her, she is aware of it helping her in walking. Might even feel good to her, or, she isn't feeling it at all. Too bad she can't communicate her thoughts! :)
They are amazing creatures!
I use the number 2, it works, the docs may not like you to use heat, but my new back doc didn't bat an eye about me using heat to relieve the pain. I found out the HARD way COLD is only good for swelling, NOT FOR prolonged back pain.
I was telling you the truth about being mobile only because of the Hot Hands. I can barely make it up the stairs any more, have to stop ever 4th step to rest the muscles to finish climbing the 13 stairs. Not only am I cursed with the spine from Hades, but Fibromyalgia too and Peripheral Neuropathy that affect my right foot more than my left. Those $300 orthotics that I bought a year ago are now worthless, as the PN has spread to the entire right side of my foot.
Yet I am tagged as lazy, inactive, over weight at 129 lbs, eat to much salt, to much red meat, even though I watch both like a hawk.
BTW if you live with in driving distance of Memphis and need ear work done AVOID the Shea Ear Clinic like the plague. They come as far away as Al to go there, but believe me they are NOT the place to go, bad treatment deluxe. Not even an IV hook in the bathrooms. Stack you like cord wood, and don't give a D if you lie there in pain for 2 hrs or more, not even an ice chip or vitals taken regardless of age or health issues.
Gail, I copied this and your other post with the spine graphic and sent to me in email, so I have these to study, I hope, tomorrow! And thank you so much. I appreciate it. I am interested in the Hot Hands until I can have this back worked on. You are right about the Lortabs not helping anymore. They kept my hip under control some, won’t touch the back. My doctor gave me a higher mg. dose and it didn’t work any better. Later! Glad bedtime is here. I don’t suffer during my sleeping or just plain sitting still and doing nothing.

Thank you to Everyone for the Cute Caturday Pings and Posts!

Thank you, dear Kitty..It’s been a long healing process for you and I so hope and pray that pain lessens soon!
Going and “doing” are very limited now..I thank God that I can be comfortable posting in bed on my laptop most of the time.
I’ve been taking antihistimines and decongestants and sleeping a lot the last few days(allergies) and as a result finally messed up my sleep AGAIN..LOL
I may be late answering posts today.

When my husband, Jay, and I decided to build a new house, we didnt recruit friends and family who enjoy working with power tools; instead we hired a skilled builder to create something both functional and beautiful.
Beauty in the church building, however, is not always a high priority. Some associate it with impracticality, so anything ornate or decorative is considered wasteful. But that wasnt Gods attitude when He established a place of worship for the ancient Israelites. He didnt recruit just anybody to set up an ordinary tent. He appointed skilled craftsmen, Bezalel and Oholiab (Ex. 36:1), to decorate the tabernacle with finely-woven tapestries and intricately designed ornaments (37:17-20).
I think the beauty was important then because it reminded the people of the worth of God in their worship. During the dry and dusty days of desert wanderings, they needed a reminder of Gods majesty.
The beauty created by Gods people in worship settings today can serve the same purpose. We offer God our best talents because He is worthy. Beauty also gives us a glimpse of heaven and whets our appetites for what God is preparing for our future.

Be sure you stock up, they only are out during hunting season/winter. They come 3 to the pack and at Walmart they are only about $2.00. I have a shoe box full. I used the little ones on my torn rotator cuff, and yes it brought the pain way down.
Most of my arm pain is C6 pinching the nerve bundle for the arm, the rotator cuff just adds to it. And the torn muscle under the armpit does not help either.
The Urologist thinks most of my bladder pain is from the L3-4, which is why he sent me to the neurosurgeon.
Last night was a bad one, it was way after 3 am before I fell asleep.
You have to be strong to get old. It takes 10 mg of Lore Tab to bring the pain down by 1/3rd, and then you have to deal with the CONSTIPATION issue if you take them to long. My NO TAKE MED list is much longer than my Take list.
PLEASE be sure to use at least 2 good pot holders to put them in. Those pocket pot holders might work, if not protection enough just add some more padding as a separate sack to put into the pocket. I made mine, it was one of the last sewing projects I took on.
I’ve not been able to even sew on a button neatly, the motor skills took a big hit in that right hand. Have begun rehabing my hand myself, I know which exercises to do, and NO PT guy to push me beyond what I can do. LOVE GOOGLE and U Tube.
(Notice that a “Medium” is a size 14 - 16)
Remember making an apron in Home Ec? Remember Home Ec? If we have to explain “Home Ec” you may delete this. I just don’t have the energy anymore. Read on.
The History of ‘APRONS’
I don’t think our kids
know what an apron is.
The principal use of Grandma’s apron was to protect the dress underneath because she only had a few and because it was easier to wash aprons than dresses and aprons required less material. But along with that, it served as a potholder for removing
hot pans from the oven.
It was wonderful for drying children’s tears, and on occasion was even used for cleaning out dirty ears.
From the chicken coop, the apron was used for carrying eggs, fussy chicks, and sometimes half-hatched eggs to be finished in the warming oven.
When company came, those aprons were ideal hiding places for shy kids.
And when the weather was cold, Grandma wrapped it around her arms.
Those big old aprons wiped many a perspiring brow, bent over the hot wood stove.
Chips and kindling wood were brought into the kitchen in that apron.
From the garden, it carried all sorts of vegetables.
After the peas had been shelled, it carried out the hulls.
In the fall, the apron was used to bring in apples that had fallen from the trees.
When unexpected company drove up the road, it was surprising how much furniture that old apron could dust in a matter of seconds.
When dinner was ready, Grandma walked out onto the porch, waved her apron, and the men folk knew it was time to come in from the fields to dinner.
It will be a long time before someone invents something that will replace that ‘old-time apron’ that served so many purposes.
Send this to those who would know (and love) the story about Grandma’s aprons.
REMEMBER:
Grandma used to set her hot baked apple pies on the window sill to cool. Her granddaughters set theirs on the window sill
to thaw.
The Govt. would go crazy now trying to figure out how many germs were on that apron.
I don’t think I ever caught anything from an apron - but love...
