First off, I am a conservative and have spent countless hours listening to and reading the books of all these men. Reading Levin's Liberty and Tyranny was compelling, as were many of the publications of these Patriots. With the VAST amount of Constitutional research accumulated in order to write these best sellers, there is and has always has been one important fact known to ALL these men to be a Constitutional FACT missing. That non negotiable FACT is that according to the Constitution, Barack Hussein Obama is NOT eligible to be placed on the ballot, let alone occupy his present position as President of the United States of America! Obama himself touts the fact that his father was a British Subject at the time of his “BHO 2’s” birth, making him at the very least a duel citizen and not eligible to hold the office as president. Furthermore, Daddy was NEVER a citizen of the United States, again making Jr. ineligible with that fact alone. None of these men (as far as I know) served in the military for whatever reason and I think there may be some suppressed guilt because of that when I hear their accolades regarding current and former Men of Honor. As they refer to many of their callers and guests as “Brother”, they at the same time have never felt compelled to commit the heroic act of jumping on a Firecracker, let alone a Grenade to help save their “Brothers” and in the end help save this Nation. Levin is the one that has disappointed me the most when I heard him disenfranchise many of his loyal listeners on Jan 19th, 2010 (may have been the 20th) by referring to those that even questioned the eligibility issue as (paraphrasing) ignorant and foolish. He followed that comment by saying that Obama was of course eligible to be President. He, in my opinion is an expert on the Constitution and knows full well that his statement was an out and out lie. When the truth finally reveals itself, I can almost hear the excuses from these Less than Honorable radio and TV Patriots now – 1. I was given strict orders from station bosses not to bring up or allow discussion on the eligibility issue and to refer to those that do bring it up as ignorant Birthers. 2. Yes, I of course knew the simple truth, but decided it was the wrong approach to be honest when the proper way to handle this was at the Ballot Box. 3. Book sales were BOOMING and I was too GUTLESS to show the Courage that I ask my listeners to display on a daily basis. 4. There are a few in the business that are standing their ground on this issue and Liberals are calling them names. Sticks and Stones will break my Bones and even Words would really hurt me because I AM A COWARD! By the way, there are thousands of these Cowards walking the halls of Congress and other places that have at least to this point failed to MAN UP. All this makes me admire all the more the few that in their heart really do trust God Almighty and FEAR NO EVIL.

Very nice - just because the court cases have not got off the ground means there are no good convincing argument!
Obviously you have not followed the cases since 2007!
Donofrio, Appuzo etc. have argued the cases brilliantly.
But they are no match to the judges who hold the power to dismiss them on account of made-up excuses because every one of them is afraid to rule on the merit and determine obama ineligible.
Case in point - in Feb., GA judge Malihi judged in favor of obozo who didn’t even show up for the hearing and did not submit evidence for his argument -
who has ever heard of a judge ruling the defendent born in USA without any documentary proofs from the defendent, and based on his baseless assumption that obozo was born in Hawaii he determines that obozo is a natural born citizen elig to be in the ballot! Whereas he ignores the plaintiff’s argument and proof that obozo was born to a foreign father, therefore has dual citizenship/loyalty, not a nbc and not qualified to be on the ballot!
It might be true that as long as obozo is in power no one will rule that he is ineligible...
We just might have to vote the usurper out, but he can steal another election!
We have to fight him from all directions!
Using only recent history as my guide line, no amount of evidence will ever be sufficient even at the USSC level.
What penalties has anyone seen given to a member of the ruling class for violating the US Constitution? It just does not happen. Sure some have been forced out of office for violating some lessor laws but when was the last time a member of the ruling elite has been put in prison for violating the constitution?
Remember the revealing statement by Rep Pete Stark that the Federal Government can do ANYTHING it wants? Why was that man not arrested on the spot? His own words shows any rational person he has violated his OATH to support the Constitution but I guess there is no penalty for such violations.
HELL the phony political hacks at the USSC give us endless 5-4 decisions when their sole job in life is to have an understanding of a rather simple and short document and judge if an action of government or a law passed by congress or executive order (big problem here) are allowed by our founding document.
And yes the US Constitution is a simple and short document compared to all the 2000+ page crap spewed out by our lawyer infested congress. Lawyers today could not make a pimple on the butts of the founding fathers.
So you have to ask yourself if these black robed clowns are the best legal minds and not political hack why all the 5-4 decisions and usually by the same usual suspects?
If the big BO does not have a citizenship issue then why has congress tried to modify the requirements 5 times (that I am aware of) to allow a lower standard to be applied?
And just one more WHY! Why do we allow our USSC to tell citizens they have no standing on this issue? Excuse me but it seems under our system of government We The People must have STANDING on every issue that involves our government.
Any judge on the USSC and I do not care who’s political hack they are, who says We The People do not have standing should be arrested, tried for treason and given the full and proper punishment allowed for treason. Who exactly do we call on to do this? Who would enforce our constitution? Seems, based on history, there is no mechanism to remove filth like our president or the political scum on the USSC

It seems his dad first pointed this out to him and his own research shows it’s true. He has written it all down and perhaps the next time I’m in I’d like to read it and give him my opinion. I say sure thing, that sounds very interesting.

I turned them off in 2008 and doubt I have heard a full 30 minutes of them, or Fox, in 3 years. (And...yeah! I am shouting. )

What about all the people who have fought and died for our way of life, our Constitution? How many died on the beaches of Normandy and remote South Pacific islands? Is that all for naught?
Levin, Limbaugh, Hannity and Ingraham all dropped the ball. Just think if this had been handled up front, prior to the 2008 election, maybe we would not have been subject to the past three years of Obozo.

However i have believed all along that these talk show hosts are going to look out for them selves first and i have heard both Hannity, Limbaugh and beck all contradict what they teach,
As far as this illegal alien as president is concerned, maybe the talk show hosts really feel it is best not to put them selves in jeopardy, after all Obama is President because the so called conservatives must not have listened to the talk show hosts in the first place.
It is one thing to try to save some one who wants to be saved, but if they really don,t give a dam why put yourself in jeopardy to save them?
Your point is well taken. Courts should be able to deal with all sorts of complicated legal arguments that surround this issue.
However, I was looking at it from the point of view of the "court of public opinion". The public doesn't do well with complicated legal arguments. The arguments for ineligibility need to be simple and convincing. They aren't, and that's why this doesn't fly.
Care to list them? Just a few, maybe.
That statement should scare the hell out of any true conservative. Giving in on any front is giving in period. That’s what happened in the 60s when prayer was take out of schools. It’s what happened when Roe v Wade became law.
You did not say if you believed what he said was true or not but, but although he went about it the wrong way he did hit the nail right on the head, his dad was the wise one.
There are more than three balances of power ( congress, the administration, the courts). There are really **six**! The other three are:
** Honest elections and the people's will to elect competent and honest representatives.
**The military and their loyalty and oath to defend the Constitution.
** The Second Amendment.
As for the military, I am very disappointed in the handful of the very highest military. Is this how they watch the backs of our brave and honorable troops who serve below them? When did ignoring identity theft, multiple social security numbers, posting of forged birth documents, usurpation of a military command, and lying become part of the military code of honor and oath to defend the Constitution? Is this what they teach now at our military academies?
Where is the evidence that these very highest perfumed peacocks peacefully and legally asked congress or the courts for clarification of the Commander's in Chief eligibility? Instead, they have made the lives of those lower level officers, who dared to question Obama’s eligibility, a living hell.
Our brave and honorable troops deserve better. They **deserve** to have a legitimate, natural born citizen and Commander in Chief whose loyalty is strictly to them and our nation.
I pray to God every day that our nation's citizens will wake up, finally, and begin to vote for honest and competent representatives. Why? Because, congress and the courts have refused to defend the Constitution, and the handful of our very highest military value their perks and pensions more than their oath before God or their military code of honor. If the elections will not turn this nation around that leaves the Second Amendment. I **seriously** pray that will never be necessary.
