As I was scrolling down and saw the Meadowlark, I thought this looks like something yorkie would post. I swear that is the truth and sure enough it was you. What a blessing to see you. The Meadowlark and poem are so perfect.
I didn’t think I would every get on the thread again. I must have refreshed a whole bunch of times just to get here. Don’t know whats wrong with FR today unless its the political traffic.
Anxiously awaiting your complete recovery which we are all praying for, our dear friend!

Wings Like A Dove
February 13, 2012
David sighed, Oh, that I had wings like a dove! I would fly away and be at rest (Ps. 55:6). As for me, Id build a cabin in the Sawtooths, or take a permanent post in a fire-lookout tower. When life weighs on me, I too yearn to fly away and be at rest.
David wrote freely about his circumstances: Violence, oppression, and strife surrounded him on all sides, stirred up by the disloyalty of an old friend (55:8-14). Fear and terror, pain and trembling, anxiety and restlessness overwhelmed him (vv.4-5). Is it any wonder he longed to fly away?
But escape was impossible. He could not evade his lot. He could only give his circumstances to God: As for me, I will call upon God, and the Lord shall save me. Evening and morning and at noon I will pray, and cry aloud, and He shall hear my voice (vv.16-17).
Whatever our circumstancesa burdensome ministry, a difficult marriage, joblessness, or a deep lonelinesswe can give them to God. He has lifted the burden of our sins; will He not lift the weight of our sorrows? We have trusted Him with our eternal souls; can we not entrust our present circumstances to Him? Cast your burden on the Lord, and He shall sustain you (55:22).
Are you ever burdened with a load of care?
Does the cross seem heavy you are called to bear?
Count your many blessings, every doubt will fly,
And you will be singing as the days go by. Oatman
Because God cares about us, we can leave our cares with Him.
Read: Psalm 55:4-22
Oh, that I had wings like a dove! I would fly away and be at rest.

Matthew 17:20
New King James Version (NKJV)
“20 So Jesus said to them, Because of your unbelief;[a] for assuredly, I say to you, if you have faith as a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, Move from here to there, and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you.”
“BECAUSE of your unbelief.”
The mustard seed has all it needs to grow into a large plant inside itself, all it needs is soil and moisture>
and
Mark 9:23-25
New King James Version (NKJV)
“23 Jesus said to him, If you can believe,[a] all things are possible to him who believes.
24 Immediately the father of the child cried out and said with tears, Lord, I believe; help my unbelief!
25 When Jesus saw that the people came running together, He rebuked the unclean spirit, saying to it: Deaf and dumb spirit, I command you, come out of him and enter him no more!

"If you can believe .." Peter walked a few steps on water ...
Our fears, our intellect, or perhaps Satan comes and sows doubt .. anyway which of us can heal or walk on water? It is hope ...
... we are/I am stronger in HOPE! Dear LORD forgive our weakness, help us to build and grow in FAITH today. Thank thee Lord, for hearing our prayer, thy scriptures says thy answers are 'yea and Amen', may it be so. We love thee and praise, honor and adore, thee ever, in Jesus name amen.

GOOD MILITARY MONDAY TO AMYS PLACE!
The Soldiers Code
1) I am an American fighting man. I serve in the forces which guard my country and our way of life. I am prepared to give my life in their defense.
2) I will never surrender of my own free will. If in command, I will never surrender my men while they still have the means to resist.
3) If I am captured, I will continue to resist by all means available. I will make every effort to escape and aid others to escape. I will accept neither parole nor special favors from the enemy.
4) If I become a prisoner of war, I will keep faith with my fellow prisoners. I will give no information or take part in any action which might be harmful to my comrades. If I am senior, I will take command. If not, I will obey the lawful orders of those appointed over me, and will back them up in every way.
5) When questioned, should I become a prisoner of war, I am bound to give only name, rank, service number, and date of birth. I will evade answering further questions to the utmost of my ability. I will make no oral or written statements disloyal to my country and its allies, or harmful to their cause.
6) I will never forget that I am an American fighting man, responsible for my actions, and dedicated to the principles which made my country free. I will trust in my God and in the United States of America.
President Dwight D. Eisenhower, August, 1955.
