It Grieves my Heart that So Many of our FRiends have Chronic Pain and Suffering.
Anything that can Bring Relief is Such a Blessing from our Lord.

You Mentioned Osteoporosis; I have Advanced Osteopenia, the Precursor to Osteoporosis,
And am Trying a New Form of Calcium that is Supposed to be Good at Strengthening Bone.
It's Extracted from Algae from the Sea.
If I could just Stick to an Alkaline Diet, that is Supposed to Help a Lot, but I Love Chocolate too Much, Lol.

I am grateful I got my computer to start..I’ve done one restore, two start up repairs, one disk repair..

My neice is going to visit her dad in the nursing home tomorrow..and I’ll be here..if my luck holds out with this cranky computer!

I saw a lot of blogs, graphics about gratitude when searching..I think it is a great subject..

Making a full gratitude list during the worst of times is an eye opener...and can help one through...and help change one’s outlook on life..
One realizes how much they have to be grateful for..
