And MERRY CHRISTMAS TO YOU AND YOURS AND A HAPPY NEW YEAR..GG
Thank you sweetie. My family will be arriving about 6 except my granddaughter and hubby go to candlelight service at the church and they come around 7, so of course, we wait until they get here to start “chowing down”....LOL!
Hope you have a wonderful Christmas and that you have some of your family around you! And a very Happy 2012! ((((HUGS))))
A couple of years ago I said I couldn't do it any more, so my son and grandson clean the basement, my daughter cleans my house and all I have to do is furnish the food...Works out well for me :O)

Thank you, Meg. I think we should post Christmas cats all next week ‘cause I have so many cute things.....LOL! And we could all go on forever. After all, Christmas only happens once a year!!
Thank you yorkie. You had some real cuties today, too. Everyone did. I always think I’m ready the night before my party but NO.......there’s a million things to do on the day of. I just finished 25 ham rolls. I have 4 big men who love to eat of course. I bought one of those honey hams that you make a glaze for and it tasted so darned good. Those are on the table (covered) with sweet midgets and 2 kinds of olives. I have my candy out. The deviled eggs are in the fridge and a lot of food will be arriving with the kids, thank goodness.
What are you all doing tonight or tomorrow??
I love Christmas ..I love Christmas graphics..I admit my Christmas kitty supply is low..
;o)
People are being taught to turn from faith in Christianity.
Liberals and conservatives, both have some Christians, but we are behaving very like enemies.
IE Israel and the Palestinians.
It is a work of Satan.
Never in my life did I imagine there would be so much unbelief, in all of its forms. I fear for many good people ... I know some.
Guess I must have missed it, that everyone is coming to YOUR house! How many and what time? (I want to be sure to be there first, to get my FAIR SHARE of all those goodies you made!)
Tonight, we are having beef tips in gravy, scalloped potatoes, tossed European green salad, and hot rolls with butter. For dessert, we are having dutch apple pie (that has already been sampled by everyone!)
And, I’m close to STARVING - but can’t decide - your house or mine????? ((((HUGS))))
Tomorrow morning, a bunch of friends and I are going to our friend's who have the B & B for a Christmas Brunch. She has fixed a huge ham, and salads, fruits, danish, baklava, hot chocolate, cider, (or Bailey's Irish Cream for those willing to nip a sip).
We bought some beautiful flowers today, to bring to them tomorrow, full of pinks, lilacs and purples, called "Sugar Plum Bouquet", and a lovely card which we will all sign.
They always put out a spread big enough for a starving fraternity - and of course we cannot possibly consume it all - so we get to bring home baggies full of the 'left-overs' (which are like GOLD to me!) Christmas music will be playing quietly, and the smell of hot cider and wassail will fill the air, along with the sounds of happy people gathering to share friendship and celebrate the Birth of Christ. It will be a lovely morning - that I am sure of.
Christmas blessings to you and yours..Thank you, Dave.
I love the 5th day, when the LOLcats were given.
Way more fun than 5 golden rings!
Hope you are having a blessed Christmas Eve...TCP
