Happy Easter

Have a Lovely and Blessed Easter. I just got back from a HUGE Easter Service at the Hockey Arena in Ft. Lauderdale. A wee bit different from my years as a Church Organist! LOL.

 PREDESTINATION

Although the Universe is vast
The blueprint of my life was cast
Before emergence of a man
Before time and the world began

Predestined to believe
Before my mother would conceive
Before the light in father's eye
My spirit born to glorify

Now I walk this world in flesh
With all its troubles to enmesh
With all that's broken, scarred and bent
I trust the Spirit, Heaven sent

For not by chance He walked this earth
As prophesied, His virgin birth
His love and healing ministry
His stripes and pain upon a tree

The open tomb the empty shroud
The rise to heaven in a cloud
His work forever etched in stone
He sits to judge on Heaven's throne

As once again my spirit soars
To prepared mansions on far shores
The journey I count not of loss
My ticket was a bloody cross.

Who rolled away the stone?

not the Jews, the Sanhedrin/Pharisees etc. as they were the ones who called for his Crucifixion to start with. They were not about to create a martyr by taking his body.

Not the Romans as they tortured and crucified him and put guards at the tomb to make sure no one would remove him.

Not the Disciples as they were scared to death and hiding in a dark room.

That just about covers everyone but Jesus himself and or his Holy Angels.

I am sorry I didn’t get back today. I tried after church and the computer wouldn’t do anything. I re-booted twice before time to go down in the country to our Easter dinner. When I got back a little while ago I tried again and it was a no go!

Finally, just now I managed to get back on. Sometimes “stuff happens” but all in all I had a very good day. Church was good of course, and I got my cooking done and our dinner tonight was delicious. Needless to say, I am tired but glad my computer is straightened out.

Your butterfly graphics and your opening was beautiful. I saw a lot of lovely, touching graphics today. The day in itself is always touching.
