Still stuck in here with the cat, but, I started new meds Tuesday and my BP is stable. I was getting dizzy spells, fell on my butt one time, so I didn't want to go too far. I need to go hunt up some birds!
These are all shots of Missy, easy to shoot, she is comatose much of the time and glued to the top of my computer.
These are all with one or the other of my old Minolta lenses on the Sony A-200. The lenses date from 1983 to 1985, built to last for sure. I have 4, from 50mm to 300mm
I've been playing with different light setups, can't decide what I like best.

Prayers up for both of you!

I get dizzy and fall on my ass quite often. Sometimes its the hypotension, sometimes I think its the blonde in me, wanting some attention.
Beautiful VK! I've been thinking of getting another lately, our Bob passed last summer and its weird not having a cat around.

As a rule I’m not a cat fan, but Missy looks like a nice critter. Hope you feel better soon.

I don't think I could get another critter so quickly after the first one dying.
To each his own I guess.

The first two are warmer toned, the last two cooler toned. Which one best fits what you see directly? They all look like great shots to me.

I'm working up an indoor light setup so I can get closer to constant. With my usual scrounging of components it might take a couple more trips to the flea market, LOL.
The commercial light systems are drastically overpriced for home use and my budget.

Good luck with the meds, I’ve had similar problems. Lucky you have a cat to supervise you.

Missy is adorable. We have a pixiebob who looks much like your kitty. Her name is Clawdia. Thanks for sharing the photos - a refreshing post.
