Indian Wanting Coffee:
An Indian walks into a cafe with a shotgun in one hand
and the other hand pulling a male buffalo
He says to the waiter:
“Want coffee.”
The waiter says, “Sure, Chief. Coming right up.”
He gets the Indian a tall mug of coffee.....
The Indian drinks the coffee down in one gulp,
turns and blasts the buffalo with the shotgun,
Causing parts of the animal to splatter
everywhere and then just walks out.
The next morning the Indian returns.
He has his shotgun in one hand, pulling
Another male buffalo with the other.
He walks up to the counter and says to
The waiter:
“Want coffee.”
The waiter says, “Whoa, Tonto!
We’re still cleaning up your mess from yesterday.
What was all that about, anyway?”
The Indian smiles and proudly says,
“Training for position in United States Congress.
Come in, drink coffee, shoot the bull,
leave mess for others to clean up,
Disappear for rest of day.”

Jack, I posted this one recently
but I thought you may not have
seen it! My son has just had his cat for
a couple of weeks now but a couple of days
after he got her, he said she disappeared!
So he did a search looking everywhere! On the bed, under the bed
in closets, etc. and then he flipped on
the bathroom light and there she was!! Your poem
was saying how much cats loves porcelain sinks...LOL!
And they sure do, don't they?

Thanks, Cat Man! I wondered why my cat always turned up in the sink! LOL!
Maybe kitties need a sink of their own to cool off in!

Can I have both - funny AND talented. :) Aren’t those the neatest shrubs. (but I wouldn’t have them in our yard even if I was talented enough to sculpt them!)

I do think it’s fun to see them trimmed in all sorts of animal shapes, etc.

They do need to get some of that energy out of their system, and usually it’s White Dog that teases Roscoe until he gives in and the chase is on - both of them running full out in these huge crazy circles.
I HAVE been knocked down if they can’t swerve in time to avoid me! Roscoe’s getting older and doesn’t need to run that hard because he pays for it the next day with sore legs.
