SNIPPET: "The probe plans to test technology in preparation for an unmanned moon landing in 2012, with a possible manned lunar mission to follow in 2017.

There was a time when our nation had great original ideas and executed them.
That is no longer the case.
Today, all is incrementalism. Small ideas from small minds.
The only ideas are from small minds retreading failed ideas of the past — from Mein Kampf to The Communist Manifesto.
I feel sorrow for the children of our generations, my FRiends.
He gave our missile secrets to China for a $300K contribution from the Loral Corp. CEO, and now they can shoot down satellites with it.

When Senate hearings were held over one hundred Asian operatives or witnesses fled the nation rather than testify.
The Cox Committee report was released in 1999. It confirmed that China had stolen the neutron bomb design and the W-88 miniaturized warhead. The W-88 would allow China to field smaller, mobile missiles and carry multiple warheads on larger missiles. In addition, the Cox report proved that US companies illegally transferred "missile design information and know-how".
The Clinton Legacy just keeps on giving.

You are absolutely correct. The Chinese were having trouble with rocket balance after ignition of rocket fuel. Loral corp. clued them in how to do that.
If it’s any consolation, the Chinese probably buy more old Soviet “off the shelf” rocket parts than we do.
Yup, Atlas V rockets use Russian-built RD-180 engines.
Well, it seems to me, with China building their very own space station, it becomes even more imperative that the USA, and not Russia, control access to the “international” space station. I’m also uncomfortable with the notion of Chinese control of the moon and its mineable resources.
What about the Muslims?
Not trying to understate the situation... not at all, far from it. But the facts are these, HERE.
Add Bush Sr. to the China space program help.
And you know what's black-ugly-funny? When the Chinese get around to nuking us, Gay Bay and Seattle will be the first to go.
Do water bubbles come out of the lunar probe too?
They’re going to beat us to Mars.
Hear me?
They’re going to beat us.
Maybe not just to Mars.
Thanks Cindy.
Chian is going to end up cornering the Rare Earth Metal market by restricting supply and then setting up lunar mining for Helium-3 and more Rare Earth Metals....
They are going to inherit the solar system if we aren’t careful...
