I don't like the pink chin straps, wistles, towels, etc. being used by the NFL this week. There are better ways to support cancer awareness. Why should breast cancer be singled out? Why not prostate cancer?
I sure miss Pete Rozelle as NFL Commissioner.

Some of those chin straps made them look like they were wearing pink panties on their chins.

Why should breast cancer be singled out? Why not prostate cancer? Chivalry?

It might be my TV, but it doesn’t look like pink to me . . . maybe more of a lavender-pink? And yes, it’s ghey.

Imagine how Butkus and Ditka must feel. I’m all for Breast Cancer Awareness but pink uniforms and pink shoes is a little over the top for me. Very metrosexual and girlymanish. The players all look like pimps.

Something a lot of NFL players have probably done.

Look on the bright side—at least they’re not blowing smoke up your skirt about how AIDS affects everyone, not just people with disgusting lifestyles.

If you ever saw a woman battle through chemo, constant surgeries and not quit then maybe you would think twice before posting this crap.
A real man knows that supporting women isn’t a threat to his masculinity.

Man up! Any man sure of his sexuality can wear any color he wants, particularly for such a good cause.
If you want to complain about feminine behavior, complain about grown men dancing like Glee cast members when they score a touchdown.

"Mr. Butkus, would you consider wearing a pink chinstrap for breast cancer awareness?"
"You want me to do what?"

I’ve got relatives and friends who have had breast cancer.
I wonder how much money was spent by all the teams to obtain the pink garb....would have made a nice donation I bet....

It’s not about chivelry or being manly. It’s about marketing (money).

Looked to me like the players hit just as hard, ran just as fast amd played just fine with pink on.

If this is connected to the Susan G. Komen Foundation, I must object strenuously - they contribute to Planned Parenthood and I would die before I would don any of their regalia.

I have to say I am getting mighty sick of the pink stuff. The tops of my prescription drug bottles were pink when I picked up my meds this time.
Stop it already.

It really started because of Favre’s wife. Apparently very recently (like last week) prostate cancer was given September, so expect the light blue ribbons next year.

My mother had breast cancer. I still think football players dressed in pink is a little over the top. How ‘bout a little pink patch or something. Oh wait, we tried that and have moved beyond that to pink uniforms and shoes.
