If you ever saw a woman battle through chemo, constant surgeries and not quit then maybe you would think twice before posting this crap.
A real man knows that supporting women isn’t a threat to his masculinity.
I’ve got relatives and friends who have had breast cancer.
Very well said. It looks like some people need to wake up
I don’t see how a man wearing pink has anything to do with supporting women. You think all those players wearing pink are the supportive-of-women types?
No one is against cancer awareness or cold toward those among us who suffer from this tough disease.
But, please. When I have to buy milk in pink cartons, have pink wrappers on my hamburgers and watch the NFL in pink, it is so far gone from “supporting women” that it is danger of becoming a joke. And THAT’s what is not supportive of women.
Know when to fold ‘em. All things in moderation. Overexposure leads to contempt. Etc.
Why does breast cancer get so much national exposure? Especially since they support Planned Parenthood.
Why don’t they support other diseases that kill a lot more people than breast cancer?
Oh, cut it out, this is just PC nonsense!
I have. MY MOM! So don't you try that guilt shit with me. WTF does it have to do with football? Do we see the WNBA wearing blue ribbons for prostate cancer? did you know that prostate cancer is grossly UNDERFUNDED compared to breast cancer - TWICE as much funding when almost the same number die every year. Ridiculous. This is P.C. run amok.
>A real man knows that supporting women isnt a threat to his masculinity.<
.
There must be a better way to support the cause against breast cancer than wearing pink ribbons. I have contributed for years to cancer research, but I’ll be dam..d if I wear a pink ribbon.
Breast cancer is important, and supporting women is good, but you can do it without wearing pink cleats.
I've had relatives die just as hard a death due to other forms of cancer. Why is their suffering any more or less important?
I think pretty naive if you don't think political-correctness and feminism has something to do with the funding of various forms of cancer, all of which are equally devastating.
Those things are applicable to any cancer, what is being asked is why is breast cancer so special? No one is putting down or trying to lessen the pain of breast cancer but there are many other cancers out there too.
If I was going to wear a ribbon for cancer it would be for childhood leukemia. Those kids go through a whole lot more than most breast cancer victims.
