I have thoroughly enjoyed reading all about your trip, your visit with Nan and reading the old Finest thread..
I am so grateful this nation has this fine family in it!

Thank you Jaycee... The candidate Carl, is doing very well. We get a little burnt out but continue on everyday. This is a big state and we have traveled almost every inch of it. 6 weeks until the primary, 6 weeks to hit again where we have to.
We went ahead of our opponent in the polls, we are gaining, he is losing ground and cannot raise money. I think the good Lord is with us as Carl is the only Pro-Life candidate in this race.

I am so glad you are doing better, Dave, and pray the fusion is fusing..I went a bit far with my guest room project and am back to doing nothing today to sooth the angry back grinch...
My helper and I moved a lot of stuff out of my guest room/ He did all the lifting and carrying yesterday of heavy stuff but I had lifted and done big reaches while getting organized . My enthusiam got me in trouble..

Sorry to hear your back is acting up again. I worked in the master bedroom yesterday and accomplished a great bit. There’s more to do but I stopped when I had to. I was telling yorkie, I was taking your advice and doing a little at a time!
I still have nooks and crannies needing to cleaned in that room but will do it when I can. And I need to get rid of a lot of clothes and shoes (jobs I dislike very much.)
Take it easy and rest your back a lot! ((Hugs))
A little at a time was working great until I started moving stuff.
I am on my second ice pack of the morning..I went too far..after being so good..step by step..sometimes resting a day between..I moved some things I should not have lifted.
I have the clothes cleanout next. It may be weeks before I tackle it..I must soothe the angry back grinch first and pay him homage.

Although I have had chronic lower back pain for years..The real agony is higher on my left side.
I am at ease now...knees bent. If It is important to get up and walk around and not stay in the same position.
