Sometime between October 31, 2008, and July 27, 2009, the dates of Health Director Chiyome Fukino's two press releases, Hawaii amended Obama's birth record. A brand-new Certificate of Live Birth (not Certification of Live Birth) was issued to him.
The DOH Director decides what goes in or gets taken out of birth records. She went on record as saying that "President Obama posted a copy of his certificate on his campaign website" even though she has refused to authenticate it for the past two years. This created a conundrum that could only be resolved by changing Obama's birth records to match what is in that online copy - which is a stone-cold forgery, and Fukino knows it!
That forged COLB also has its origin within the DOH: watch the video to find out the shocking truth as to whose COLB was used for the forgery.
You'll also realize that you've been staring at a forgery this whole time and not realizing that the most obvious sign of it was right there under your noses.
Not only did Obama get a new birth certificate, the certificate itself was designed with him in mind as Rev. 10/08 - coincidentally, the date of Fukino's first press release (10/31/08). Hawaii ditched the old Certification of Live Birth and switched to a hybrid form called a “Certificate of Live Birth” - formerly the name of the long-form birth certificate.

How is it possibly forgivable? Those are three examples of false claims cut completely from whole cloth. They're not just slips of the tongue or innocent misinterpretations; they're just made-up lies.
The claim about Maya's COLB was made up by an anonymous, discredited guy on the internet. The claim about the half-siblings was made up by an anti-Islamic blogger. The claim about the student aid was an outright April Fool's joke. None of them ever had a shred of credibility, all were disproven long ago, and yet some Birthers still repeat them as supposed truths. Some of them even get mentioned in Birther lawsuits.
Here's another example: the claim that Obama is ~42% Arab. That was completely made up by Kenneth Lamb, with no evidence whatsoever to support it. And yet some Birthers still bring it up.
What isn’t is when the governor of Hawaii says her state put out a news release saying Obama was born in Kapiolani Hospital or when newspapers say that the DOH says Obama’s alleged COLB is real.
So repeating completely fabricated and discredited stuff is forgivable, but getting a non-essential detail wrong is not? For instance, Lingle didn't make up an imaginary news release; she misstated that a very real news release said he was born in a particular Hawaiian hospital when in fact it just said he was born in Hawaii. And to anyone outside birtherism, an official state announcement that Obama was born in Hawaii is pretty solid evidence that he was born in Hawaii.

Amazing how insecure you are to have researched these ‘made-up lies’ to find who you think the original source was, when these things only get repeated on rare occasions. Desperate. And then you completely mischaracterize what Gov. Lingle did. She told an outright lie. No state news release says that Obama was born in any hospital, nor does any official state record. And the ‘official’ announcement that Obama was born in Hawaii is undocumented and is in conjunction with another outright lie about Obama supposably being a ‘natural-born American citizen.’ No vital record contains such information and there’s no such legal entitity as natural-born American citizens. You whine about so-called birthers but as a faither or sandhead, you are every bit what you complain about, relying on half-truths, distortions and outright lies.

Here we see Caucasian and White being described as races. Mixing the two has always been acceptable.

Hawaii should have rejected it in 1961 if Obama Sr submitted his race as "African". The state is complicit in the cover-up of Obama's COLB so any testimony by them is suspect clown.

Apparently, Kurt Tsue wasn't around in 1961 at the Hawaiian DoH. Accepting 'African' as a race classification is an obvious mistake.

No, the problem is they are totally relying on 2 legally-substandard documents that we now have proof are forgeries.
Canada Free Press has offered up more proof of their statements than the HDOH has offered for theirs.
Is the HDOH statement an “unsubstantiated rumor”? Be honest and use the same standards for the HDOH as you use for CFP. CFP claims the same reason for not showing their documentation as the HDOH uses: they have not been authorized by the persons involved.
Also bear in mind that the HDOH is forbidden from making statements and required to show documents (the exact reverse of what they have done). And if they say anything they HAVE to document it upon request, according to Hawaii rules. They refuse. As they refuse to follow all their rules and the law.
How about an official state announcement that the birth certificate number on the Factcheck COLB is not compatible with the “date filed” on it?
How about an official state announcement that Obama’s BC is amended - which means that absent Obama presenting his BC as evidence to a judicial or administrative person or body as evidence, the State of Hawaii CANNOT by law claim that any of what is contained on the BC is accurate?
What do normal people think of those kinds of announcements? What? They haven’t heard them? That’s because corrupt bureaucrats shout a lie that circles the globe before their whispered (legally-binding) truth can get its shoes tied.
And THAT is what people need to realize, before we get taken for a ride we can never return from.
You know what other official state announcements we have? We have announcements that permanent records no longer exist. Why do you think the HDOH is either lying about the records not existing, or else illegally destroying permanent records which could well be the only proof that would show exactly when Obama’s birth was ever recorded in Hawaii?
