25 Horribly Sexist Vintage Ads
by Oral Adams
Since the 50s, a lot has changed in way of womens rights and their duties in and out of the house. Or how about an ad agency pitching a company an idea of a wife bent over her husbands knee as he prepares to spank her.

The market for that is much larger than most people think, even amongst some outwardly Christian women whose husbands have no clue.I don't think Christianity is inherently incompatible with spanking. After all, spare the rod and all that. ;^)

I love your description of the ad! That one caught my eye too! LYSOL??????? I’d think that the beaver would start running for the dam!

I remember those days too! We shared a party line with the people down the street. I remember my aunt’s number in Chicago VI73514. That was back in the early 60’s. Funny how some stuff just sticks with you.

So, are you the inspiration behind the country song, “When We Get Behind Closed Doors;” which, by the way, has been ranked as the second best country song of all time?
To: MaxMax
Oddly enough
I know exactly what you mean by that.
Seems that you and I have a ‘shared’ experience.

Hey! Dual Bag. All I did was tell my my wife that her mother was smokin’ hot in her bathing suit.
She was.
She was smokin’... jeez.
