A spectator at Tuesday's Mariners game says he was attacked by the team mascot.
Victor Aquilar says he and his family saw the Mariners Moose and decided to ask for a photo, but he was shoved instead.
"I went like that to take a picture, he put his hands like that, hit my stomach, I took two steps back" Aquilar told KING-TV.
Aquilar says the shove aggravated a recent surgical procedure he had, a disc replacement in his back, and sent him to the hospital for hours.
Now Aquilar says he wants the Mariners to pay for his hospital bills, since he has no insurance.
The M's are investigating and the Moose has said nothing because he doesn't talk. Rebecca Hale, the team's spokesperson, does say the Moose doesn't recall bumping into anyone. "Part of the problem with the Moose is that it's a big head and he can't see well in it. There are times he will move his head and whack people with his antlers."
The Mariners are offering Aquilar an apology and tickets to another game, but Aquilar says the whole experience was "a nightmare" and he's not sure he wants to go back.
