According to jail records, the man was arrested Tuesday and charged with wearing a mask or hood on a public road over the age of 16 and resisting arrest without violence...

I was raised in Sarasota Florida (circus city of America) home of Ringling Brothers Circus. It wasn’t until I joined the Air Force in 1963 that I realized it wasn’t normal to walk around in clown gear and have a pet gorilla or lion in your back yard.

I remember some time ago where a muslim woman wanted ot have her drivers license photo with her face covered. Of course it got struck down after it was overturned over a lower court
