ABC News’ Rick Klein reports: With some climate-change skeptics using the record snowfall totals to argue that global warming doesn’t exist -- the family of Sen. James Inhofe, R-Okla., built an igloo near the Capitol and labeled it “Al Gore’s New Home” -- former DNC Chairman Howard Dean today blasted back.
In an interview with ABC News, Dean said this attitude reflects a GOP rejection of science.
“One of the most disturbing things about the Republican Party over the last couple of decades is that just they don’t believe in science any more. And that is not an approach that is likely to generate any kind of creative thinking,” Dean said

Liberalism by virtue of what it is, has to thrive on lies because normal sane people - even if they are apolitical, reject it. Every liberal label is a deception. The environmental movement is not about the environment. Global warming is not about the globe or its warming. Anti poverty programs are not about poverty. Anti war is not about opposition to war. Feminism is not about females and their upliftment. Pro choice is not about choice. The peace movement is not about peace. Universal healthcare is not about healthcare or its universal access. Human rights are not about the rights of humans. Gay marriage is not about marriage.. etc. You get the idea. These totalitarian fascists have to hide under these labels so their real agenda can be sold to the unsuspecting public.
I should clarify a couple of the above. The anti war/peace movement is not about opposition to war. It’s demonstration of anti Americanism pure and simple. These people couldn’t care less about war or its cost. The only times they get involved in protest is when America is one of the warring parties - usually to defend a group of people from an aggressor.

A co-worker used this “Why don’t you Republicans believe in science?” ruse and I responded, “Do you really believe that is not a human baby inside a woman’s womb? Because, scientifically, there’s no doubt.”
He was so taken aback, he couldn’t answer.
