20 bags you say?!? Two words: mulching blade...It takes one regular mowing and then one perpendicular to the first. You’d be surprised...We’ve got three bags, but that is stuff that was trimmed back and cut into nice bag sized pieces. :-)
The tree in our front yard is just about bare. I’ve been waiting for that before I mowed again. I didn’t think about doing a second mowing perpendicular to the first. That WOULD clear the yard quite nicely.
The actual report will be tomorrow (or later on today) as a "Sunday supplement". It will cover my first range outing with the GSG-5, and will include a "special guest" that I found while I was looking for something else: my 25+ -year-old H&K 94.

I got that little side yard raked up....if any squirrel starves this winter, it’s because he’s a moron!
Yep, heck of an acorn crop this year. Wish they wouldn’t bury them in the flower gardens though. LSA dug out several oak and walnut seedlings last weekend.
*Sigh*
It’s like Jr must have kicked someone’s pet goat out of the garage area or something....
Our neighbor’s sweetgum is just starting to loose it’s leaves, glad their silver maple is done for this year. Our blacklocust loose theirs early while our post oak looses them late, real late. Never quite get a head for more than a few days.
Could be, he does seem to be having a run of less than stellar performances. That was sure a beautiful day, if we could do something about the dark comin’ too early.
Any SP89’s hiding in that deep hole 300 ?.......;o)
Watch out for Hurricane Ida on Tuesday. The winds won’t be bad, but there will be heavy rains and storm surge.
