We have talked about canned bacon in the past, but if you want the Cadillac of preserved pork you pick up a can of Tac-Bac. This xxxx [edited] lasts for 10 years!
What would it taste like? What would it taste like after 10 years in the can? I'm horrified and intrigued at the same time. If you are willing to try it out, each can of Tac-Bac holds about 54 slices of bacon. Not a bad deal for $16 a can.

Its not the only brand out there. How many commpanies can there be making canned bacon, right?
I saw one website of boating supplies or something with canned butter, canned brown bread and other crazy stuff.

If you will remember, the troops in the Pacific were eating C-rations from WWI during WWII, properly preserved, things last a lot longer than you think.

No pop top?
How’m I supposed to drink it if I’ve lost my “church-key”?
