We’re giving him a pass because it is the Affirmative Action thing to do, we feel really guilty for our past sins.

If Obama's father was a Kenyan then how could Hussein be eligible to be POTUS?

Because his mother's citizenship, plus his birth within the United States conferred upon him citizenship at birth, therefore making him a natural-born citizen as opposed to one who was naturalized after birth.

Supposedly he was born in Hawaii - that makes him a U.S. citizen.

Simple. His mother was 1/16 Laotian, 4/16 Indonesian, 7/16 Antarctican, and 4/16 Martian. What don’t you understand?

He can’t be eligible. He never was. He never will be.

Because the definition of Natural Born Citizen that requires both parents to be U.S. citizens is nothing more than a Birther delusion and found nowhere in the Constitution.

Don't like my answer? Take it up with Chief Justice Roberts. He was the one who administered the Oath of Office to Obama knowing full well his parentage.

Constitution, 14th Amendment: "All persons born ... in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States".

'nuff said.

He can't, and you have hit the very heart of the matter. The BC stuff is interesting to follow, but it has completely overshadowed the fact that, according to Barack Obama himself, his father was not a U.S citizen, which means there is absolutely no way Mr. Obama can be considered a "natural born citizen" according to the intent of our Constitution.

The NBC clause is about allegiance to our country, rather than location of birth, and this commitment was expected to be preserved by requiring that a President would be born into solid allegiance to this country by two parents who were either born here themselves, or who naturalized and swore an oath the this country, renouncing their former allegiances.

Hope you've got some flame-proof attire... You're probably in for some heat :-)

From “Rules for Radicals” by Obama’s hero, Saul Alinsky:

RULE 5: "Ridicule is man's most potent weapon." There is no defense. It's irrational. It's infuriating. It also works as a key pressure point to force the enemy into concessions.

QUESTIONS?

Short Answer: He Isn't!

He should be removed and imprisoned for treason and fraud.

He is the seventh president with at least one foreign-born parent: Herbert Hoover had a Canadian-born mother. Woodrow Wilson’s mother was English. Chester Arthur and James Buchanan both had Irish fathers. Thomas Jefferson’s mother was born in England, and Andrew Jackson’s parents were both born in Ireland.

Try this link:

http://naturalborncitizen.wordpress.com/2009/08/24/craig-v-us-10th-circuit-court-of-appeals-held-08-05-2009-14th-amendment-native-born-citizens-have-no-constitutional-right-to-natural-born-citizen-status/

A good source of info. Mothers citizenship in this case DOES NOT transfer citizenship to O’bone-head. The laws in place in Hawaii mandated she had to have reached the age of majority & lived in the state for 5 years. She could not qualify in either case.

“If Obama’s father was a Kenyan then how could Hussein be eligible to be POTUS?”

I’m not sure it matters, some of our earlier presidents were born to parents who weren’t Americans, because the United States of America did not yet exist, so it seems to me that natural born citizenship is dependent on birth in the United States and not on the citizenship of the parents. For instance, Andrew Jackson’s parents immigrated from Northern Ireland in 1765, and in 1767, his father (Andrew Jackson Sr.) died 3 weeks before Andrew was born in South Carolina. I don’t know if Jackson’s father was officially a citizen yet of the colony of South Carolina at the time of his death, but would it even matter?
