If Obama's father was a Kenyan then how could Hussein be eligible to be POTUS? Because the definition of Natural Born Citizen that requires both parents to be U.S. citizens is nothing more than a Birther delusion and found nowhere in the Constitution.
Don't like my answer? Take it up with Chief Justice Roberts. He was the one who administered the Oath of Office to Obama knowing full well his parentage.

“Supposedly he was born in Hawaii - that makes him a U.S. citizen.”
Inderstand that but to be POTUS, I understood that BOTH parents had to be U.S. citizens.

Constitution, 14th Amendment: "
All persons born ... in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States".
'nuff said.

If Obama's father was a Kenyan then how could Hussein be eligible to be POTUS? He can't, and you have hit the very heart of the matter. The BC stuff is interesting to follow, but it has completely overshadowed the fact that, according to Barack Obama himself, his father was not a U.S citizen, which means there is absolutely no way Mr. Obama can be considered a "natural born citizen" according to the intent of our Constitution.
The NBC clause is about allegiance to our country, rather than location of birth, and this commitment was expected to be preserved by requiring that a President would be born into solid allegiance to this country by two parents who were either born here themselves, or who naturalized and swore an oath the this country, renouncing their former allegiances.
Hope you've got some flame-proof attire... You're probably in for some heat :-)

But I thought BOTH parents had to be American citizens in order for someone could be eligible to be POTUS Not according to any U.S. legal body, or the Constitution, which doesn't include such a stipulation.

Constitution, 14th Amendment: "All persons born ... in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States". 'nuff said. If your citizenship status relies on a law, statute, or even a Consitutional Amendment, it's not "natural".

From Rules for Radicals by Obamas hero, Saul Alinsky:
RULE 5: "Ridicule is man's most potent weapon." There is no defense. It's irrational. It's infuriating. It also works as a key pressure point to force the enemy into concessions.
QUESTIONS?

Wow! I can’t believe you bring up the 14th when that was about slave children.
The prez requires a little more effort on your part. I’ve done it and I can say to you, enjoy the ride and consider your sources.

He is the seventh president with at least one foreign-born parent: Herbert Hoover had a Canadian-born mother. Woodrow Wilson’s mother was English. Chester Arthur and James Buchanan both had Irish fathers. Thomas Jefferson’s mother was born in England, and Andrew Jackson’s parents were both born in Ireland.
