Constitution, 14th Amendment: "All persons born ... in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States". 'nuff said.

If your citizenship status relies on a law, statute, or even a Consitutional Amendment, it's not "natural".

Presumably all of our citizenships rely on law. Otherwise how do we know what it takes?

Then how do we know what a natural-born citizen is? What do we base it on?
