A good source of info. Mothers citizenship in this case DOES NOT transfer citizenship to O’bone-head. The laws in place in Hawaii mandated she had to have reached the age of majority & lived in the state for 5 years. She could not qualify in either case.

The Constitution states that if you're born in the USA you're a citizen. It doesn't get any more "natural" than that, and has nothing to do with parental citizenship.

The laws in place in Hawaii do not override the Constitution, which states "No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States". You're born here, you're a citizen - PERIOD.
