LONDON (AFP) Scientists are looking for women willing to eat chocolate every day for a year -- all in the name of medical science.
Researchers at the University of East Anglia and a hospital in Norwich, eastern England are trying to find out whether chocolate can cut the risk of heart disease and need 40 women to step forward and help.
Most of the women will have to eat two bars of "super-strength chocolate specially formulated by Belgian chocolatiers" daily for one year and undergo several tests to measure how healthy their hearts are.
The others will have to eat regular chocolate as a placebo.

I remember when we were stationed in Germany, there was this particular brand of huge chocolate bar that had a distinct, postcard-collage type of wrapper. Us kids would feel rather weird and drowsy after eating of it.
Just to remind you that when you post an article under “miscellaneous,” you are merely inviting me to reclassify it.
Sign me up!~
And if you don’t have Type Two Diabetes before you start, you will after a year. hahah.
LOL!
Darn! I don’t quaified.
No, no, the best is dark chocolate in those little tins. Every night after dinner. The cool thing about chocolate is that it evens out your serotonin level and keeps you nice. Which means that you sacrificially eat it for those around you, even tho you might not think you should.
There was this chocolate bar in Japan, with a shiny burgundy wrapper and gold writing; the chocolate was the best I ever tasted.

From some of the reports I’ve read, chocolate is quite good for you BUT......!
Not plain old Hersheys type stuff. The real thing, the ultra dark bittersweet or only lightly sweetened stuff.
I have a hangin for the Lindt 85% Premium
Yum.....
