Nope. I learned it waaayyyyyy before I affiliated with Elim. Baptists don’t believe in baptizing infants and we don’t believe they go to hell if they aren’t baptized.

I never left Christ and Hes never left me!Christ stands by us all in spite of our sins.
And I need to apologize, as I thought you were a Catholic who left Christ's Church.
Mingling about from denomination to denomination isn't really leaving Christ. That kind of mingling is more about lateral moves, none further from Christ than any other sect or denomination or cult.

Baptists dont believe in baptizing infants...More protestant error. That's a tall stack you have accumulated. Be careful of spontaneous combustion.

Why would it take someone YEARS to admit they are a Baptist?
What is the explanation for such a thing?

No, I was born Episcopalian and raised in the church until I was about 13. I’ve been in my church here for 25 years, so I’ve been faithful to it. I never miss a Sunday. It’s my family, just as I’m sure your church is to you.

You’re speaking of people you don’t know and don’t realize they are far better than you.

Baptism does NOT save anyone, wagglebee, and most non-catholics believe that. I believe baptism is essential after one comes to know the Lord but the rite of baptism isnt salvific. Then why do nearly all non-Catholic Christians include the Nicene Creed as part of their worship service? The Nicene Creed explicitly states that baptism IS salfivic.

I don’t know why they say it but the Nicene Creed is just a manmade creed and if a Catholic wrote it, it would reflect what they believed at that time. You are not saved through baptism but through faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. THEN you should be baptized. Infants can’t make that decision. I have no problem with people baptizing babies to set them apart for the Lord, but those babies aren’t saved through that rite.

I dont have animosity towards the Catholic church or Catholics. I do question their false teachings that may send its people to hell because they think they can be saved through baptism, the Eucharist, or even Mary. Yes, some people do believe that Mary is co-redemptrix. The fact that some of the fine people of the Catholic church could miss heaven because of that, disturbs me greatly, as it should you. Nope, no animosity there. Heh.
