The Lee Greenwood is imbedded in the PP presentation. Once you click on the link and the title appears along with the Artist: Lee Greenwood and God Bless Canada, just let it advance by itself. The music starts and then the slides begin to roll. I discovered that clicking to advance the slides stops the music.

A brief discription...
Lee Greenwood sings God Bless Canada (same lyrics as God Bless the USA only Canada replaces USA and at the end, a chorus sings the first two words of the Canadian National Anthem, “Oh Canada”.
The Pictures start with the arrival of the aircraft carrying the fallen soldiers caskets. The remaining pictures appear to have been taken from one of the vehicles in the procession route, Highway 401 in Ontario. Passing under 50 overpasses, Canadian citizens and police and fire personnel honor the fallen with salutes and hand over hearts. Canadian Flags are everywhere in this moving tribute.
A sailor’s burial at sea
Daughters pledged to provide last request
Some time ago an old sailor retired from the sea. Reaching home, he asked his two daughters for one favor, that being a proper burial at sea when the time came.
The old sailor eventually died and daughters Barbie and Barbara went out, bought a canvas sail and sea twine to sew a shroud and prepare him for burial at sea.
They took their father to a boat and the two of them rowed and rowed until Barbie asked Barbara, “Are we deep enough?”
Barbara jumped over the side and the water was just to her knees, and she said, “No.”
They rowed some more, and Barbara jumped in to find the water up to her chest, so she got back in.
The third time they rowed and rowed and then rowed some more.
“Are we deep enough yet?” Barbie asked.
This time when Barbara jumped over the side she disappeared beneath the water and Barbie looked over wondering if she’d drowned when all she saw were bubbles coming up.
Then, with a mighty splash, Barbara exploded from the water and grabbing the side of the boat yelled triumphantly to Barbie, “YES! We’re deep enough! Hand me the shovel.”
ROTF! (Now, don’t tell me what color hair Barbara had!) LOL!
How beautiful is that poem and graphic! (Did you ‘help’ the water along a bit to reflect the flowers?) :)

Our last A&W left here quite a few years back...too bad! When Sonic Drive-In’s started here, they did the roller-skating for a while and then it fizzled out. I think we may have one drive-in theatre left (and I could be wrong on that)! I will have to check out that information.
Great Powerpoint! Kleenex were needed! I get a lot of those but can’t post them. How do you search that out so that you can post it? Just now and then there is one I would like to share!

I was glancing back at some posts and I came across the one with that pretty little path! The poem was very nice but that path was one that I would love to stroll along on...its so soothing looking.
There are so many paths!
