Good afternoon, BillieBlue.
I've had a strange day but I've finally made it.
Our pump quit about 10:00 this morning.
The pump company has been here and left.
It must have been something simple because they were here less than half hour.
Also, we had a lease payment check returned for lack of signature
so I was on phone with bank and tenant.
Tenant came by with another check.
Good thing I had that weekend at Avila Beach;
I may not have been able to cope this AM.
Thank you for the great Opening Graphic and music.
That music is both uplifting and depressing.
It makes you pay attention to the lyrics.

I need to make a trip to the bank but I hope to be back later.
