We have all realized that for a pretty good while now, haven’t we? He doesn’t know what ‘change’ is! Looks we are changing for the worse, if you ask me! He frays my nerves daily.

So who would a garden of flowers conceive?

It must be a someone who feels what we feel,
Whose fancy is tickled by what we think's real,
Who puts out these wonders like toys for our eyes,
Who looks on in laughter from up in our skies.

Here In God’s Garden

I’m here in God’s garden. I have my own place,
The good feelings it gives me, please! Never erase!
Not part of the flowers, nor am I a weed,
I’m less than a raindrop, but more than a seed.

I’m doing a job here, I know it is true,
I hold my position, as I’ve learned how to do.
I stand near to this wall, holding dirt at the base,
Prepared for the morning, and warmth that I face.

A rock in God’s garden, neither beauty nor waste,
But witness to miracles, I am blessed to be placed.
Over here near the wall, there’s a rise to the land,
I can see a good distance, and I like what He’s planned.

I’ve seen plantings and harvests, and beauty and tears,
I’d be happy to stay here for many more years,
But I go where I’m sent, and I do what I must,
I can skip over oceans, for in God do I trust.

The Father’s Faithfulness
Through the Lord’s mercies we are not consumed, because His compassions fail not. . . . Great is Your faithfulness. —Lamentations 3:22-23

Hudson Taylor, the humble servant of God to China, demonstrated extraordinary trust in God’s faithfulness. In his journal he wrote:

“Our heavenly Father is a very experienced One. He knows very well that His children wake up with a good appetite every morning. . . . He sustained 3 million Israelites in the wilderness for 40 years. We do not expect He will send 3 million missionaries to China; but if He did, He would have ample means to sustain them all. . . . Depend on it, God’s work done in God’s way will never lack God’s supply.”

We may be faint and weary, but our heavenly Father is all-powerful. Our feelings may fluctuate, but He is unchangeable. Even creation itself is a record of His steadfastness. That’s why we can sing these words from a hymn by Thomas Chisholm: “Summer and winter, and springtime and harvest, sun, moon, and stars in their courses above join with all nature in manifold witness to Thy great faithfulness, mercy, and love.”

What an encouragement to live for Him! Our strength for the present and hope for the future are not based on the stability of our own perseverance but on the fidelity of God. No matter what our need, we can count on the Father’s faithfulness.

Great is Thy faithfulness! Great is Thy faithfulness!
Morning by morning new mercies I see;
All I have needed Thy hand hath provided—
Great is Thy faithfulness, Lord, unto me! —Chisholm

Good Morning Everybody!!!

I'm wondering if you could keep in mind today a woman who just recently moved into my building, she was formerlt homeless so the possessions she has are very few. She has noe furniture except for wht another neighbore gave for her to use until the church that is helping her can get furniture for her. I found out this woman, I would name her except I don't know her name, is sleeping on the floor of her apartment. I wish I could help her but the only thin I can think of is to request prayers that she is soon supplied with the things she needs to survive.

"Wear Red" Friday
You will soon see a lot of people wearing Red on Fridays. Here's why..... The Americans, who support our troops, are the silent majority. We are not "organized" to reflect who we are, or to reflect what our opinions are. Many Americans, like yourself, and all their friends, simply want to recognize that Americans support our troops. Our idea of showing our solidarity and support for our troops is starting Friday and continuing on each and every Friday, until this is over, that every red-blooded American who supports our young men and women, WEAR SOMETHING RED.

Word of mouth, press, TV -- let's see if we can make the United States, on any given Friday, a sea of red much like a home football game at a University. If every one of our memberships share this with other acquaintances, fellow workers, friends, and neighbors, I guarantee that it will not be long before the USA will be covered in RED - and make our troops know there are many people thinking of their well-being. You will feel better all day Friday when you wear Red! So let's get the word out and lead by example; wear RED on Fridays.

SUPPORT OUR TROOPS! WE LIVE IN THE LAND OF THE FREE, BECAUSE OF THE BRAVE. FOR US, THEIR BLOOD RUNS RED!! GOD BLESS AMERICA.
