How to Upset the Outcome of a Reality Show
BlindGossip - Which reality show outcome may be pinned on the actions of someone completely unaffiliated with the contest? The producers were well aware of the controversy generated by a certain self-anointed celebrity on another recent reality-type contest. They were concerned that if the same celebrity got too vocal about one of their finalists, it might actually result in a public backlash against their favorite. The producers even spent a few minutes of a meeting discussing strategies as to how to incentivize the celebrity to keep quiet in the final weeks of the contest. They eventually decided that they were better off not adding any more fuel to the egoist’s fire.

I don’t know if anyone else saw an “after broadcast” interview with Adam last night, but he went into the speech patterns and cadance of the openly gay guy. A little lispy, etc. He had never allowed himself to talk that way on TV during the tapings. He seemed to be outing himself.
Perhaps. Altho I’ve encountered the same speech patterns with those who may not be gay - they may just hang out with gays.
But he made the choice to AVOID that speech pattern during the competition, I noticed.

I’ll take whatever victory I can get now. And a huge LOL! at the Obama-ites of American Idol who tried to engineer this for Adam from the beginning. A Christian beat your drag queen. Choke on that :)

I was talking to my Florida doctor yesterday and got a surprise. Anoop Desai is his nephew. He said Anoop is a very nice, hardworking kid who is studying for a doctorate in philosophy. I've never watched Idol, so I went to YouTube to hear Anoop sing. He has a very fine voice.
