But, Sanjaya is one of them! LMAO

I haven't seen the commercials, but I'm familiar with the show. Our idiot disgraced governor was going to be on it, too.

Your prize is a date with Matt's Mole :)

If we could "friend" people on FR like Facebook, I would totally un-friend you.

Be safe! I hate this time of year.

It was just heavy rain and some winds. In July no one would even notice, but since it was the first big storm of the year they acted like we were all going to die.

LOL love you fast typing. 8-)

Awww...I bet you say that to all the girls. LOL

I know you weren't talking about Matt's mole. You really know how to deflate a guy's ego. :)

LMAO!!

I'm so glad you were able to join us live for the last couple of weeks. Now if we could only get dead and AnnaZ!

Does anyone know what the Finale format has been or will be?

Past years, it's been three songs -- one repeat, one "open choice", and one the show picks. For the last couple of years, the latter was from the songwriting contest -- last year they changed it slightly to allow each contestant to choose from one of the 10 runner-ups to the contest winning song.

All the changes they're making this year, though, makes using previous years as a guide somewhat moot.

He was the best. SNL was never as good before or after he was in the cast.

True. He was Troy McClure, too.

You may remember him from such movies as, The President's Neck Is Missing! and Good-Time Slim, Uncle Doobie, and the Great 'Frisco Freak-Out' . Or tv specials, such as America's Funniest Tornadoes and Troy and Company's Summertime Smile Factory.

Oz, the Musical sold out both nights. [Savol] starred alongside Season Two alumni Rickey Smith as the Tinman, Season 4 alumna Mikalah Gordon as Dorothy, and Vonzell Solomon as Glinda/Aunt Em

A long time ago I read this article about some bad piece of performance art in Paris. It was so bad that someone in the audience yelled out, "WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS TO US???"

I think that guy is needed at the Lubbock Memorial Civic Center.

In June 2008 Savol starred as one of the headliners for a live music show in Branson, MO, named "America's Favorite Finalists".

Oh boy. Branson. Last stop on the fame train.

I almost do not feel like coming to this thread next week because I know it will be ugly, no matter who wins. Very sad. :(

Somehow I don't believe it will be ugly at all. Adam is a good singer, and so is Kris. Either winning will be ok.

Bingo, maggs...If Adam wins, it will be the JTS moment for AI, because you kn ow all the “home movies” of Adam will come out 5 minutes after the show ends...

Oh, now I remember. I wasn’t fan of that number. I think we need to go farther back to find a good performance.
