I can’t remember the last act AI has booked that was actually any good.
Hey, SJ... I know you’ve probably gone to bed by now, but I have to share this with you ... this evening my twins and I (25 mos old now!) were watching last night’s AI show, and Sam said “Chris! Chris sing!” I was surprised, to say the least! And then later I was kind of singing to myself, “It’s too late to apologize ... too late...” and Sam piped up again with “Chris! Chris!” So I guess Chris has one big fan here! And I put them to bed a little while ago, and right now I can still hear them talking to each other in little bits and pieces ... and Sam just said, “Imon Cowuh! Imon Cowuh!” which I *think* means “Simon Cowell.”
Yikes! I don’t know how the boys will handle the withdrawal when the show ends! LOL!
I think they are forcing pop on us or whatever you call that crap. Kanye, Perry, Alicia, Lady kaka etc. They have NOTHING to do with AI. They were never on AI as contestants. I would rather they brought back former contestants that finished of say top 5, than to have to listen to the garbage they have been booking.

I don’t like the flamer because:
1. He exaggerates his gayness while claiming to just be himself.
2. He’s got a great voice, but he’s been doing everything at full blast with over-the-top drama lately. He needs to mix it up and do something subdued. And slow does not necessarily mean subdued.
3. The entire show has been pimping him with ideal placement almost every week. This last factor has no bearing on my vote, but I must admit that I’d love to see an Adam loss thrown in the producers’ faces.
At the beginning of the show they said one million votes (out of 88 million) separated first and second place, so there's a good chance of Kris picking up enough of Danny's voting fans to win this contest.

CB, Jonny, thanks for your oil-on-the-waters post and reply. The last time I remember this level of vitriol on this thread was back in Scott Savol's day. (I cannot belieeeeeve I remember his name! Whatever happened to him, anyway?) I almost do not feel like coming to this thread next week because I know it will be ugly, no matter who wins. Very sad. :(
Savol recently finished a brief stint at the Lubbock Memorial Civic Center in Lubbock, Texas, as the Cowardly Lion, in Todrick Hall's retelling of the Wizard of Oz.
