Glad you had a good day! and I hope you have a wonderful year ahead!
It looks like some place I would like to visit. I never will but it would be nice.
I still have some states that I need/want to visit before I start on other countries.
Dolly, thats a beautiful collage and I know you love it, yorkie! Are you still celebrating? I am going to the couch for the night. Been on Facebook and I am tired! Party on! LOL!
LOL! Hunny - at my age - the most celebrating you can do, is be glad you didn't lose your teeth, didn't sit on your bifocals, didn't break wind in public, and made it to the bathroom on time - the whole day, and got into bed before the evening news! Now, that's a "Wooooo-Hooooooo DAY!". ;-)
Thank you, Amy, and it's Always Wonderful to Come Here and See Everyone and Look at the Beautiful and Interesting Things that are Posted. Hugs to All FRiends!
Goodnight to Everyone, and our Lord Grant us a Peaceful and Restful Night.
Well, you managed to give me the giggles just as I was going upstairs to bed. I just was checking my mail, etc. and I turned here a moment. You are so funny....thank you for the laugh tonight. Its going on 1 o’clock here and I fell asleep in the Lazyboy again. See ya’ll tomorrow.
Thank you, Kitty, for your well wishes and prayers. I am getting better each day. Now, it’s late and I am headed for bed. God bless.
All of the students at a school in Florida2,550 in totalwere in trouble. A message system notified every parent that their child (or children) had detention that weekend for bad behavior. Many kids pleaded their innocence, yet some parents meted out punishment anyway. One mother, Amy, admitted that she yelled at her son and made sure he showed up for his detention on Saturday.
To the relief of 2,534 kids, and to the embarrassment of some parents, they discovered that the automated message was sent in error to the entire student body when only 16 kids actually deserved detention! Amy felt so bad about not listening to and believing her son that she took him out for breakfast that Saturday morning.
We all have stories to tell about circumstances that have shown us our need to listen before we speak. Were naturally tempted to come to quick judgments and react angrily. The book of James gives us these three practical exhortations to deal with lifes stressful situations: Be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath (James 1:19).
In lifes stresses, lets be doers of the Word (v.22), and take the time to listen and show restraint with our words and anger today.

Billie, you need to show me how to make these card graphics. My graphics with invisible edges are going to grow old one day.
For All The Ladies, something to warm the day
In The Gallery Of My Mind
As moonlight dresses you in silvered silken grace
the shadows hide your impassioned lovely face
The sweat gleams upon your skin in highlight there
and I grasp this image to hold forever so fair
Your breath whispers across my skin in soft caress
and I marvel at how in moonlight’s gown you dress
Are you real, or dream so sweet I’ll weep if you go
I need you, how I crave you, like a drug you know
The magic of our fire, the burn into our paired souls
we are but leafs, in the storm of our passion’s toll
Bound in the chains of our needs to each other now
the soft steel bonds of our sweet imprisoned Tao
You will soon see a lot of people wearing Red on Fridays. Here's why..... The Americans, who support our troops, are the silent majority. We are not "organized" to reflect who we are, or to reflect what our opinions are. Many Americans, like yourself, and all their friends, simply want to recognize that Americans support our troops. Our idea of showing our solidarity and support for our troops is starting Friday and continuing on each and every Friday, until this is over, that every red-blooded American who supports our young men and women, WEAR SOMETHING RED. |
HAPPY FRIDAY!
GOT MY RED ON!
Hi, Conor!
